It’s crazy how I got this hotel through this website only to find out that even trying to cancel it multiple days in advance, I would not be issued a refund and only to arrive at the hotel to find out that the hot tub and the pool was currently unavailable for use. That was the whole purpose of us choosing this hotel will not be staying again.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Location was good for us also. When checking out at 6am Tuesday, July 14 morning no one was at front desk, rang bell like 10 minutes. We were trying to checkout after waiting was told it was emailed. Also, coffee was saying Starbucks and actually it was too watered down to be Starbucks coffee. Also, please place a stopper in the bathroom in the rooms. When door is open it hits against the shower shelf and makes a very loud noise

My room air did not work they didn’t change our room just brung us a fan then took it and brung us another one maintenance was in our room ten times and couldn’t get no sleep and the issue still wasn’t resolved the hotel staff unique was the best

There was no breakfast buffet, no hot tub and no pool as advertised. I felt duped because I specifically used those filters and found this hotel. However, the staff were friendly

The Bathroom had a Crack in the shower that was sharp and almost cut my Wife.....other than that, everything was fine.....

During our stay the people in the adjoining room started to argue right before 5am and woke us up. After about 45 minutes my husband got up left the room and went to the front desk to complain. The staff came up to hear for themselves and then went back downstairs and I am assuming called the room since I heard the phone in that room ring. The arguing continued for about another 10-15 minutes before it stopped. Needless to say we were tired the next day and i have never experienced this behavior when staying at the Marriott hotels.

The room beside us waa very loud, so much so I thought people were fighting and yelling in the hallway in fron of our door but it was just the joining room. The TV volume overshadowed our TV volume. The guests next door were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana which made out room smell like both of those. We did alert the staff to the issue and requested to move. The staff were understanding and helpful and relocated us. The amenities were iffy as the pool was closed and unaccessible. The workout room was accessible but the key swipe was broken and the staff assisted with entry. As I said it can do if you are just passing through. But you may encounter an issue or 2.

The staff was confused about building issues. The pool was closed due to maintenance. But this was not posted on the third party website that I booked through. When I spoke to the front desk about the pool they said it was closed at the managers discretion. I spoke to the general manager and she said that it was being inspected and there was no set time or day when it will reopen. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience.

The room was clean and no real signs of wear. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. Parking seemed ok. Unsure if there were additional spots along the back or side of property.
