Residence Inn by Marriott Waldorf

Had the worse experience! I will never stay here again. We arrived at the hotel at almost 9:30 from a 10hr drive. Get everything situated at check in, we head up to our room and we walk to a dirty room, trash still in the room dirty sheets piled up on the couch, bed unmade like someone just rolled out of it. Irritated was beyond words. Head back down and they lucky had another room for 1 night that we was able to stay in, but the up keep was not what the pictures showed. This room had broken cabinets, lights that didn’t work, and just outdated things. Pictures show a hot tub that had been cemented over so that wasn’t even an option. The hotel smelled like a nursing home and the furniture downstairs in the lobby was so dirty/stained. We wasn’t offered a partial refund or anything they “rewarded” me with Marriott points. Needless to say I won’t be staying here ever again.

It was good, but very few options for vegetarians.

The main and only complaint would be the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Also keep in mind they charge $12/day for parking.

The property is located close to several dining spots and the highway. The roomz are clean and quiet. Yet the pla d could use some TLC. THEDRAPDSARE

Keep it up

I like the location because it had a lot of shops around, so I didn’t have to go too far. Staff can be kind of rude and dry. For the price that I pay the hotel is outdated it needs to be renovated. Don’t come to the hotel too late or you will not find parking.

The staff was great. They were very eager to help out and ensure I had all that I needed.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and super spacious The showers need a good scrub or to be refinished and the sinks are so old haha

Great front desk experience Please check lightbulbs in lamp. Bedroom light did not work. Broken tv control that I dropped off to the front desk.

Clean room. Friendly staff.

Room was clean and well stocked with utensils and cookware which were very clean. Also had a dishwasher and dish soap. The universal remote worked for both tvs. Room was comy for my family if 5 and the front desk staff were polite and professional would stay again

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast very good with large variety. Good location for lots of sightseeing. Very clean and well staffed. Well, pet room beside me and I missed sleep for the dogs barking a lot late into night at least one night.

I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor.

No instructions on housekeeping. Instructions didn't know I was supposed to put trash can on outside the door and never got my clean towels.
