Renovation/cleanliness is desperately needed. Furniture was chipped, carpet had stains, picture had long strand of hair coming out! The bathroom door would not close all the way, wallpaper was peeling. Room smelled like smoke! Didn’t even complain because they were playing Latto when we walked in. The price needs to be discounted for what they offer!

The room was clean. The staff was professional. The parking was convince. I was their for the night and had to fly back to the big apple. The next time I will book a longer stay.

The room was clean but it smelled like funky feet. I think they need to clean the carpet. Other than that the room was clean. The staff were very helpful. The clerk that worked the night shift was amazing.

The rooms were good. The carpets needed cleaned because they made the room smell old. It was a great location and the staff were very friendly and engaging. We stayed there in 2023 and we were not charged for parking. Thos time we had to pay $10 a day. Overall I would stay there again. It was a great place for our family to meet up for our family reunion.

The accommodations were nice, the lobby was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed that I was not notified that painting would be taking place on my floor. When I returned around 7:00 p.m., the strong paint fumes caused nausea and a headache. While there were signs indicating wet paint, guests should have been notified in advance that painting would be occurring, especially given the strong odor. Better communication regarding maintenance work would have greatly improved my stay.

The customer service was great. At check in the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained. The pool was closed, and pancakes weren't on the menu.
