Clean room, great breakfast, clean reception area. Hotel free of loitering.

This was my first time staying here,location is great for me,I didn't get to do the breakfast but I'm sure it was fine.I will book again in the near future

Cleanliness We had no tv while we were there and no one could figure out the problem.

Breakfast decent and location great To inform all guests who choose to book a reservation that it will be a $100 hold fee additional with the charge of room and that the person will get it back on your card upon the guests bank release.

One of the mattresses was the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress that I’ve ever slept on. I could literally feel the wires. The pillows were flat and flimsy and needed to be replaced. My back is still hurting 2 nights after the last night in that bed….The TV was inoperable in one of the rooms that I reserved; however, someone came and checked the TV and replaced the remote control, making the TV operate properly….There was a ring of dirt in the bathtub in one of the rooms. The front desk staff person asked to see the picture of the ring of dirt and said that she would “pass it on” to the manager, who would be on site the next day. I have as of yet to hear from the manager. The bathtub was unusable for the duration of our stay. The occupants of that room had to walk down the hallway and shower in the other room….I stayed this past Friday and Saturday night and the attendant in the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed during the rush of the last 2 hours of breakfast. She needed help keeping food stocked in the worst way. Keeping food stocked is definitely a 2-person job on weekends…. On a positive note, the facility as a whole was well maintained and appeared to be very clean. The water was very hot in the bathroom and there was great water pressure.

Fix the televisions or give detailed instructions on how to use. Very frustrating despite several attempts of staff to help.

Very disappointed in my experience at this location.

Location.

The AC on the wall didn't work and the TV doesn't go to anything. Trying to figure that out after checking in was annoying. The breakfast was terrible. No one wants to eat Turkey Sausage and bland breakfast potatoes.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful.

The room was fine and bed comfortable. Overall a clean establishment. Complimentary breakfast was also acceptable. We were not happy with the quality of housekeeping services. We were provided with fresh towels etc. but they did not empty trash in our room, did not make our beds, did not restock coffee pods etc. and we’d have to go to the front desk and ask. Front desk attendants were not the friendliest.

The property is very well kept and clean, in rooms, in community areas, and in pool areas. The only problem I found was a lack of a treadmill in the workout room. They may have had it out or replacement, There are 2 restaurants within walking distance.

Love everything from the room to the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not care for was the breakfast. The menu could use a little spicing up. There was not a lot of choices when it came to the breakfast muffins or the fruit was not fresh. The oatmeal was sort of watery. It just did not look appetizing at all.

Good bkfst selection. Staff very helpful Long my 1st choice, Hampton inn has gotten a bit expensive for a senior.

Room was clean but bathroom needs to be updated!
