Holiday Inn Grand Rapids North - Walker by IHG

We didn't use the pool or gym, but we scoped them out and they were clean and functional. Every employee we encountered was very kind and helpful. They have complimentary toiletries if you forget anything, which was great since we forgot toothpaste!

Room was slightly dirty with a few stains on the box spring and in the bathroom tiling. Overall average hotel room experience. No late check out available.

Lobby was updated and very clean. Greeted by staff, friendly and answer any questions. Infused water and brewed coffee available. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Also, very clean and updated. Room was clean and updated, very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Pool area was also very clean and a swimmable temp for a 4yr old. 10/10 would stay again or recommend.

I love how clean the room was with plenty of towels. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Yummy! The place was away from the city with great streets to walk by. The staff were friendly and kind. I would stay here again.

Clean room, quite, good location will use again

The room was large and pretty clean. The shower water preasure was horrible. The shower and the shower casing was kind of ratty looking. Staff were friendly. The gym needs a good cleaning.

Staff checking us out was on a personal call and we didn't get her full attention. She was very distracted by the phone call. She didn't hang up while helping us

The coffee maker in the room was very dirty. The shower walls where dirty and the conditioner ran out. The room was clean. The beds are comfortable. Very convenient location

All the staff were amazing. The bartender was excellent. We had dinner and it was great!

We loved how clean the property was but wish it had free breakfasts

Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!

Welcoming staff and the room was nice and spacious.

The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge group there the same time we were there but the staff handled and managed everyone very well.

She was very accommodating, offered helpful suggestions, and provided excellent customer service throughout our breakfast experience. Great job, Madison. Your kindness and professionalism stood out and were truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby area was very nice and inviting. Although we did request room cleaning and it unfortunately was not done, and I also wish shower caps were available as part of the amenities. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience overall and appreciated the hospitality from the staff.
