Hotel appeared to be in the middle of a “spruce” up painting. Room had a AC smell to it and bed creepy. But the hotel was quiet when it needed to be. The say was okay and I would be back when the price is right.

Clean and convenient

Was absolutely wonderful! Staff was beyond accommodating. Will stay again.

Good stay; Staff could have been more helpful but otherwise good.

From the moment we arrived, I regretted my decision. The parking lot had trash scattered around, which immediately gave a poor first impression. The front desk staff did not appear professional or welcoming, and the overall condition of the property felt neglected. The elevator felt unsafe and as though it could break down at any moment. The hallways had chipped paint, worn finishes, and very old carpeting that made the hotel feel run-down. Our room was outdated and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was trash left in the corner of the bathroom, and several of the towels had visible stains. Overall, the hotel did not match the expectations set by the reviews and photos. While I understand that properties can show signs of age, cleanliness and basic upkeep should still be a priority. I would not choose to stay here again.

It was very clear the elevator had not been cleaned in a very long time and was constantly dirty, which makes you question how thoroughly cleaned were other spaces in the hotel? There were pieces of trash on the floor in the elevator that were there for our entire three day stay.
-
Broken elevator every day, broken ice machine, yesterday's coffee, no concern about fixing anything.

New, clean, quiet
-
It’s a nice clean place but the breakfast you should think about going out for breakfast. If you drop something in the room pick it up right away or you will see ants.
-
Improve the breakfast by adding protein and speed up the elevator and this property will be just about perfect

The bedsheets had not been changed. We had to request clean sheets. Bathroom floor was oddly wet. Creaky bed. One bed had a strange metal piece that stuck out which we kept bumping into. Breakfast was poor with very few options. Coffee was thick and syrupy and ran out. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Clean

Seemed outdated, dingy, paint in hallways and other places need to be touched up. We arrived at breakfast around 8;45am and there were no more bagels, no napkins, covers were a mess from guests, etc. We left and ate elsewhere which lessened the value of the hotel.

Imagine something old pretending be new one. Isn’t working that way.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good referrals for area Restaurants.

The property was very clean, the rooms spacious, and the indoor pool was wonderful. The 1 star ding was the breakfast. It was not your typical hotel breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs and cereal. No pancakes, meat, or oatmeal. The coffee was very good as well. We were close to the LMCU facility so this is a great choice and price point for those outings.
-
great place. lighting outside was out so it was dark and maybe not great for solo travelers if getting in after dark
-
Staff was very friendly and breakfast was top tier
-
Room was clean and nice and cold. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot and delicious! My son had a blast in the pool. The lobby was a little to hot but everything was nice.
-
Decent ok property for the price point
