Ibis Budget Salzburg Airport

It is a very basic hotel. However the room was clean and this is the ideal place to stay over night close to the airport. The location for us was really important and the hotel is just 5 km approx from the city centre. There are restaurants, supermarkets and the outlet just around the corner. If you do not want to go out, foodora can deliver. Great parking space. Self service check-in is the cherry on the cake.

Wonderful continental breakfast, enough to eat in the morning. Verty good soundproofing, meaning an autobahn in ~50meters under windows, but we almost didn't hear any sounds from there. Enough space to stay with a child, for short term stays, suitable room, beds, bathroom. Easy checkin, free parking, great value for its price! nothing, everything was as I expected

Very basic hotel, breakfast was ok, not worth the price but good for 1 night stay. The sink is outside the bathroom which is inconvenient.

I liked the self check in how automated it is The fact that the sink is in the room itself not the toilet makes it a bit impractical and there isnt any closets in the room to hang clothes etc

The smell of smoking Was tooo strong

There is no one thing I liked about this hotel. I regret for choosing this hotel. Please fix the shower area doors so that water does not spill out. My stay here was pathetic. The location of the hotel was very far from the city center. There is no easy access to this hotel. The room was small and the bed(bunker) was not comfortable. The room had a strange smell. The corridor noise could be heard and it was not a quiet room. Room structure style was really different, washbasin was part of the room and not the washroom. The washroom was really small and the shower area door was not functioning properly and the whole room was flooded with water during our stay. We really had a pathetic experience and though our stay was for two days we vacated the very next day due to such a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone honestly but if price is the priority and facilities can be compromised then I don't have a say but if comfort and cleanliness is the priority I would'nt recommend it at all.

Some basic items were missing- like shower cream or a glass for water. One night I was left without towels-the cleaning service had collected the used ones and did not provide clean replacement.

Simplicity, and the room was well equipped. The location has easy access to the citt center and the staff member was nice. If you are sensitive to sound, bring earplugs as you will be next to an airport.

A great hotel, just by the airport. About 20 minute ride by bus from the central station, which can be shortened by first taking the S-train for two stops. Very good quality rooms, comfortable bed, good bathroom. All doors accessed by code. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. There are many larger shops, grocery stores, but also good restaurants (including very good all-you-can-eat buffet with fresh cooking with ingredients collected by customers), cafes/bars, nightclub and a huge outlet shopping center all very close / just adjacent. Rooms facing the shopping area are quite, on the other side there is thoroughfare. Given all the good facilities around, it's not even necessary to go downtown. Very good value for money. Free after-hours hot water facility would have been nice.

Location Room was too hot and there was quite a bit if dust on the ladder.

Very convenient for an overnight stay when travelling to and from Salzburg Airport. Great shower. Rooms a bit on the small side if staying for more than 1 night.

The location was great, there are many shops nearby and it’s relatively close to the city center The sink is in the room (not in the bathroom!) and the room is not soundproof, you can hear everything from the hallway
