We did not receive any apology or any effort to resolve the situation. If a hotel is not able to provide a baby cot, it should not offer it as an option during the booking process.

Sometimes can be very crowded, we felt that especially in the morning at breakfast. The breakfast is good an very diverse The parking is free, you just have to ask for it at the reception

Room is big enough for us 3. Breakfast is rich and various. Overall perfect for a stopover. For me, the bed was too hard. For my man and daughter, they slept good ?

Excellent place to stay. Very nice room and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Breakfast is also good. Free transport day pass is an additional to the trip. Lovely. Nothing.

Good location, parking available, big room. The trash was not empty in the bathroom. Overall it was ok.

It was clean , modern and quiet. Very relaxing and comfortable stay with lovely professional staff. Would recommend and stay again. Its a 5-10 min taxi ride from the airport. Bar but No restaurant on eve. ( there are some nearby)

We liked everything. We even got upgraded to a suite by the dearest Mohammed. He was doing the bar an the reception. Lovely person. We initially planned just 3 days but the courtesy and warmt showed by Mohammed was exceptional and we are beyond words to express ourselves. Being a tourist in a new country with a baby and being received with such warmt only made us extend our stay for another 4 days. We loved it and thank you Mohammed! Just the cleaning staff took our coins change once which we willingly left behind and they probably thought of it as tip.

The Hotel is very close to the airport with an amazing view of the mountain, I was travelling with infant and they gave a free cot, room was spacious, easy check in, friendly staffs. Cozy clean room and washroom is very tidy. Service was great everything was great.
