Fairway Motel and Apartments

Great location, 5min walk to town centre. Warm room despite single glazing. Spacious room for four of us. Single use dishwashing liquid, shampoo and shower gel. Could easily be in refillable container or units.

Price Location Bed Hot shower 1 toilet cistern running continous 2 drapes need to fitted. Untidy and bad presentation. 3 accommodation instructions very presented in a threatening tone.

Clean room, Microwave, Kitchenette, Fridge, Sofa, small table+chairs to eat. It was almost perfect. We knew NO washing machine/facility at site, but it would made it perfect even shared one.

The room was OK and had a decent kitchen. We could not find onsite parking and had some trouble checking in. The sofa bed was not great for the third person.

It was barely OK for a one night stop. This hotel is old and outdated. For those wanting to enjoy Wanaka it would be worth every penny to select a hotel near the lake.

The bedroom was a good size. The living area was large, and had a nice garden view. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The motel was walkable to the lake area. The motel is located on a busy, noisy route. We could hear traffic for several hours after turning in. . We ran our sound machine at the highest volume and still heard vehicles going by. We could not figure out how to use the induction cooktop. There should be written instructions explaining how to use it.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and upgraded our room unprompted. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a great balcony, kitchen, and whirlpool tub. The pool was also very nice. The location is a little outside the downtown area but we didn't mind the short walk. The price was very competitive versus other nearby options.

Property seems to be worn out with overuse. Could benefit from some updating.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has easy access. We had room 17: a brand new large apartment. The bathroom was great. The bed was superb with good cotton linen. A wonderful generous patio.

The room was comfortable and clean. We had separate bedrooms for our family. We were able to walk into town. The host at reception was welcoming and helpful. It was a good stay.

It just took 10 minutes walking distance from the town center. The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are very convenient for family and party of 4 people. There are swimming pool and barbecue facilities outside.

Good location and good room size. Can't rate the pool coz I didn't use it. None.

Easy to reach, parking on side It does not look loved. The doors are pretty strange to lock when you leave and my door was open when I came back from Dinner. All good but made me feel little uncomfortable. You may want to ask for advise. Since there is nobody after 6pm, I would not find help other than trying.
