Breakfast was very good plenty there. The room was nice, just a couple little things, Hair on the wall in the bathroom. A tissue shoved in the peep hole of the door? Why I don't have a clue.

Beds were comfortable too. Nice staff, motel is clean.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The foyer and public bathroom was clean and welcoming. We were able to check in 45 minutes early without much fuss. The guy that checked us in was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. We ended up checking out a day early and were surprisingly refunded that day after being told it would not happen by the front desk since we booked using Booking.com. We were given a dirty room when we checked in. My husband found a cleaning lady to show and she confirmed it had not been cleaned. A manager communicated with the front desk and we were moved to another room quickly. The tub in the room we were moved to was decent size but the shower curtain did nothing to keep the water from getting on the floor. The beds were not that comfy and made a lot of noise when moving around. There was a ton of noise from other rooms, running, yelling, doors slamming but that is not the fault of the hotel. We talked to 3 people at the front desk and 2 of them seemed to not know how the system really worked or what could and couldn't be done. The first guy when we checked in was the most knowledgeable, knowing how to change the key cards to different rooms and apologized for putting us in a room that had not been cleaned yet. The other 2 just seemed like we were annoying them with our presence.

We arrived m were charged extra money. I was told to call back to speak to a manager but no one is answering the phone. I will be disputing the charges.

Overall the stay was ok!!! The staff were excellent and professional. The whole hotel overall had a very extreme stench of marijuana so that was not the best. I booked this room online and paid online to also get to property and be charged an additional $150 bucks for incidentals which I didn’t like but maybe that’s the policy. Overall for the area I would say it’s better than other options.

The staff was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected, and included in our stay. I didnt get to use the pool or the gym, but they looked really nice. I will definitely stay there again

I did not like the property at all. I found random pills in my bedroom floor of where I slept and candy that was left on the floor that was not clean. The blankets were dirty and I would like a refund.

Breakfast was good but go early they will remove things before the schedule time. They even turned off the juice machine on me. Is old and poorly maintained. My first room smelled lukewarm cigarettes.

The variety. The different choices for continental breakfast. The pillows were to soft and to small and we had king size bed.
