I attempted to offer reasonable alternatives, such as verifying the Apple Pay transaction or holding my ID, but none were considered. I was instead told to go obtain cash from a nearby store, which was not a realistic option given that I only had a virtual card. At one point, Kai said I was raising his voice at him . I’m crying and tell him please don’t do this to me. I’ve had the worst day hold as much money as you want. Take a picture of the Apple Pay. Then when he start fussing at me when he raised his voice at me, I told him he was hollering at me . He denied it and pointed to the cameras, which came across as dismissive and escalated an already stressful situation rather than de-escalating it. Throughout the interaction, he appeared more focused on repeating policy than on understanding or assisting a guest who was clearly in distress. My concern is not the existence of a deposit policy. My concern is the complete lack of flexibility, judgment, and customer care in how it was enforced. Policies should guide service, not replace human understanding.

Very poorly maintained building. Dirty and old carpets on the hallway. They would not service the room until stayed after four nights. Breakfast was horrible, Only tea, coffee and a muffin. Nothing else.

I liked the location to restaurants This was a motel that presented online as a reputable hotel. This was a place where local residents live during hard times. This is a place that is sketching at night and single women will probably not feel comfortable traveling here by themselves.

Rooms were smelling chloroform/terrible. No real breakfast. Staff were friendly but not very helpful.

Wouldn’t go back! Highly don’t recommend! Filled with roaches! Someone was also given my room key stating they booked the room after I was moved 3 times within 10 hours. Strangers walked in on my fiancé and our 3 year old at 4 am !!!
