I booked my room weeks ahead and once I arrived to this hotel location they gave me a different room. Telling me they are out of the room I payed for and will get me my right room next day available. My kids had to sleep on a thin couch for 2 whole nights because they didn’t give me my right room with the 2 beds. They told me there is no more 2 beds and they can’t do anything about it. I asked why did you let me book and pay for something you all didn’t have then. You wait till me and my family get here to tell us this and not over the phone or email. We were visiting Detroit. They couldn’t answer me.. so I canceled my stay and I want a refund of the days I couldn’t stay. Wrong room and didn’t care to help me and my family. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

It was very loud. People were up late yelling in the hallway. I know that doesn’t say anything about the staff or hotel, but it drastically affected our stay.

This hotel was clean, it is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed many of the nearby activities and events in the surrounding cities making this a perfect location.

The checkin experience was miserable. Ther person that checked us in, failed to tell us anything. Not our room.number, or how to get to it, they didnt tell us how to turn on the lights. Or breakfast hours.

Hotel and room were clean and appeared updated. Room was very Reasonably priced for a Saturday night. Didn’t visit pool so can’t review that. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was friendly

The hotel did not have the room we booked and we had to be downgraded to another room. When we got to that room the toilet and the room phone did not work. They moved us to a second room which was not cleaned. Then finally a third room all in 1 night.

I loved the food bar and pool was awesome. The inside of the hotel was clean and staff was nice. They were stingy when it comes to there wash rags . I asked for extra in the room and it wasn't. When asked for more they only given a few more.
