I loved the complimentary food and drinks in the fridge. The air-conditioning was amazing and there was unlimited drinking water. We also liked the big shower A hole in the wall (damaged by other guests and not fixed)

The hotel was not located in the center, but I knew this beforehand so it wasn't a problem. There were also many dining options and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was super, really good. Upon entering the hotel room, I discovered that the pillowcases were not clean... which, of course, the staff reacted to. Also, an extra bed was requested for the child, but we were just provided with a fold-out armchair covered with a bedsheet. It was terribly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. The pillows were awful: hot, synthetic, high, and hard... I spent an absolutely terrible two nights. Additionally, there was no mini-fridge in the room

The location. The staff are not friendly they are uncooperative and do not smile. The bed made annoying noises and was uncomfortable.

The breakfast is in the different hotel next door and it is excellent. The location is good if you are travelling to a different destination by plane or to Europe via Krakow.

Good, very good. Despite the location outside the city center, the hotel has good transport connectivity. You can take the tram to the center of Warsaw with the cheapest 20-minute ticket, and you can also get to the airport quickly with the tram + city train. Also, I like the design of the rooms in this hotel.
