The check in staff was very nice - no wait time. We needed 3 separate beds in one room. They quickly sent a team to prepare the couch and separate the large bed into 2 single beds.

Friendly staff! Parking lot was meh

Clean, modern and spacious room. Great staff and amenities. Good variety of food during the breakfast and delicious lunches in the restaurant.

Clean room and facilities and (mostly) super nice staff. Air conditioner was "locked" at a temperature that was not actually comfortable. The Junior suite or "deluxe room" did NOT have a separate living section (in spite of the pull-out couch). I could have gotten a regular room if I knew I would have no privacy from my travel partner - or of course, two separate rooms. I would not call something a deluxe room or Junior suite if it does not have a wall between the room and "living space." With the couch pulled out it was VERY tight to move about the room. Also, it was very far from everything (except the airport). Public transportation was super easy - but we were uncertain about that the first day and wasted money on ubers and didn't see as many things as we would have liked

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately ruined by the behavior of one of the staff members. I was treated in a way that I believe was discriminatory and racist, which made me feel unwelcome and extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their race or background

Was a short ride via taxi from airport. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast there.

Great hotel in Warsaw with an excellent location close to the airport, which was especially convenient before a long trip to the US. The indoor pool was wonderful and a perfect place to relax before traveling. The room was spotless, beautifully designed with great lighting, and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a restful stay. The restaurant downstairs was another highlight, serving delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without leaving the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Warsaw. N/A

I did not sleep well to be honest at any night, cannot say what might have been the cause. Breakfast was okeish, but I went there for dinner too and had a poor service experience.

The staff always nice, good breakfast, always clean Nothing really

Great and friendly staff, everything was clean and well-maintained. Everything was explained professionally, and in the end additional services were of All good!
-
All the staff I encountered were very welcoming. Especially Zoya, the massage therapist. I did not have enough time for a treatment, but she was delightful and helpful.

Tv doesn't have English channels, only one with news. Other channels in polish. We came with a car but parking spaces were only in the basement which costs 90zl per night. Spaces outside are 60zl.

Everything was good

Nice modern building with comfortable room, bed, shower. Pleasant and helpful staff. Later checkout at 12pm. Sauna and pool are great for relaxing, although busy during peak periods and may be too small to accomodate all the guests comfortably. Parking is expensive for the location, though there may be some free spots available on the street in front (I was able to find a free spot). Lockers in pool changing room are broken (not really an issue because building is safe and has cameras). Gym has minimal weights and is scattered with random unusable parts. Smart TV lacks Netflix. Nowhere to acquire additional drinking water at night without calling for room service (no vending machine, no corner stores nearby, no water fillers on your floor). Location is isolated but Uber/Grab to downtown are rather inexpensive.

It is my favorite place when I come to Warsaw. They als have new personal in the restaurant are very nice and lovable people. Restaurant is always top !!! Nothing - sometimes price goes to the moon and I don’t understand the reason.
-
With checkout at 12, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the pool and sauna in the morning. Even after checking out, you can still relax at the restaurant if you have a later flight. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed before my long flight. No ability to connect to your own Netflix account, YouTube, or stream from your phone to the TV. The channel selection is extremely limited for English-speaking guests.
