Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Reliable laundry service. Staff goes beyond to help guests. Great doormen. Atrium is gorgeous. Awesome location. Restaurant not as good as in previous years.

Breakfast was excellent. Also a very nice gym which was great.

Breakfast, location, helpful staff, beautiful building The restaurant is no longer good. It was okay in 2023. I cant recommend it now.

The bathroom had a heated floor and the bedroom was very confortable I specifically asked if there was a hairdryer in the room when I checked in and they said yes. Turned out they didnt and I had to call the front desk, then waited another 40 mins then had to go the front desk with wet hair then waited another 15 mins before someone came. Hair was pretty dry at that point but my roots didnt dry properly like it would with a actual hairdryer. Food is overrated for being a Michelin star.

A bit dark and no view from window

I like how clean and modern it was. The room was a great size for the price. Nothing wrong with it
-
The kitchen smell lands in the upper floor, so there are times when you can smell what's being cooked. And the breakfast is somewhat pricey, more than double what you'd pay outside. It would be quite ok, if breakfast was exquisite but actually most places outside had better quality during our stay, so price didn't match quality

The hotel has a lively atmosphere, with many hidden treasures everywhere. Finding them has been an exploration on its own. The room was comfortable and faced a shopping street, which we liked. We loved the breakfast. On the first night we got a room with no view despite our request for a city view but this was fixed immediately.

We enjoyed this hotel. We were on the top floor. Breakfast was not included but there are restaurants within walking distance. It was about a 15 minute was from the train station and about a 20 minute taxi ride to the old town .
-
Huge and well appointed rooms The air conditioning barely worked, and there was nothing the staff could do about it. Room was definitely too hot and it wasn’t even very hot outside

everything was great about this place! we loved it!
-
The room was spacious, effectively like a comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Especially good if travelling with kids. Note: The actual appearance of the room didn’t quite match up to the photos online, but it was still pleasant. Excellent breakfast spots nearby—particularly enjoyed True Story, just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

Hotel is very modern and sleek, yet in a historical building . The fact that my sister in law' sharing broke down and no one could repair it
