Because you can't rest and the sink is not ok

The owner cancelled my booking on the day of arrival, claiming there was an issue with my credit card. This was a complete lie—the card worked with no issues, and I even used it to make a new booking that same day. The real reason for the cancellation was greed: I had booked the room months in advance for just €57/night. On the day of my stay, there was a major concert in Warsaw, and prices skyrocketed. Right after cancelling my reservation, they re-listed the exact same room for ~€380 per night. Because of their lie, we had no other option but to book a much more expensive room elsewhere. For 330 USD it was tiny the bed felt like a brick, it was confusing to get into because the gate out front had two passcodes you had to input in the correct order on two different pad. Very warm in the room even with windows open and it being very nice outside. The toilet didn't work as well so I had to smell my poo all night long. No soundproofing either so I could hear everyone else in different rooms

I really loved the part where they cancelled my stay 2 minutes before check in Everything

It was not clean and furnitures are old and broke. There was bugs everywhere in the bathroom.

Nothing, because there’s no clean room and no clean bathroom, even when I asked the stuff to change the sheets he refused Dirty room, dirty bathroom and bad smell everywhere

Reservation canceled two hours before check-in, without any explanation and without offering any alternative or assistance. After the cancellation it was impossible to contact the structure: total absence of communication. Such behavior demonstrates rough and unreliable management, absolutely unsuitable for those who travel and need certainties. Leaving customers without accommodation at the last minute is irresponsible. Structure to avoid, especially if you are looking for seriousness and professionalism.

The smell was very bad and don’t the window is broken This was absolutely. Waste of money.

Toilet paper was off all The time. Other quests were shouting at night and loundry washed clothes was still wet

They don't have towel,

Charged twice for one booking. No refund for extra payment. Turned out high price for poor apartment.

Erm feels like I was shorter then I am due to the Angelled ceiling

I can only rate staff and contact with the apartment. It was not possible to get either e-mail contact, or phone contact with the location. Finally my reservation was cancelled due to card - but this was not the case. Confirmed with the bank that invalid code was used for two different CC - impossible two times for two times.

Materace was full of hols metal springs ware coming out which caused some scratches on a skin…sheets were not very clean

Location Not able to reach host before/during/after stay. There are bedbugs, at least in room 15.

They changed the apartment and the emailI received was in Polish which I translated to English didn't really specify they changed my location , so I had the original address in my Google maps and when I arrived at 11pm from the airport I was frustrated trying to use the codes of the new apartment at the original address , after 30 minutes ( very frustrating minutes , the owners of this rental would truly not be happy what I said about their mothers during these 30 minutes) , I went to a bar and settled down a bit and the bartender after reading the email explained that the address was a few blocks away from the original address. Finally I found the place and after settling in and seeing the view I calmed down.
