Good price. Good location in the city center. The good location is at a party street. It might be a plus, or a minus. To enter at night/evening you have to througg party people and then big clubs are a wall away. So, decide based on your sensory needs.

The location is unbeatable and room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room heated up unbearably at 3am- preventing sleeping at night. After a 20h flight on jet lag, that’s torturous. We ended up leaving early and booking a different place. There’s many positives but being unable to sleep at night because it turns into an oven (the curtains also didn’t block out the sunlight) is tough. This hotel is probably a nice stay outside of the summer months.

The photos are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The room was old, smelled unpleasant, and was not clean. We were so disappointed that we checked out immediately after arrival. Would not recommend.

There is a nightclub next to the hostel, so the very loud music made it difficult to sleep. There is no bathroom in each room, the toilet and bathtub are on the floor in common use, which was very inconvenient.

Nothing I paid an amount which it could be for an average hotel in US, I got a dirty room with no toilet and shower, I paid extra money for restroom, but still I got a dirty, small, restroom, which even doesn't have any shampoo, soap, and other stuff, location was uncomfortable, because of a lot of noise.

Noise

A bit noisy

My room had the window to the Maxowiecka street, and on Friday night, you'll have NOISE like hell. The nightclub people are OK, I'd also go to one of the nightclubs right there if it weren't for an early train; but there's also motorcyclists and race cars (yes, after midnight, too). However, if you're going for the night life, the place is for you.

Carpets were so dirty, it's a rundown hotel , not worth the money paid for this at all, I should have stayed in a hostel would have been better Carpets were so dirty, it's a rundown hotel , not worth the money paid for this at all, I should have stayed in a hostel would have been better

Excellent location, just around the university district and city centre. Took the chance for a beautiful morning walk enjoying the nearby park with the tomb of the unknown soldier. Easy access to metro and public transport. Decent hotel, high ceilings, no fuss but nice and properly maintained. Nearby entertainment district didn't bother me. The hotel staff were so kind to store my luggage after my stay. Wifi signal could be stronger, but probably difficult to arrange given it's an old building.

All clean and good Nothing to complain

Pros: The staff are legends. Friendly and professional. Cons: Everything else. "This place is an experience, but not the good kind. It stinks, it’s dingy, and it feels like a set for a low-budget horror movie. The noise outside is absolutely insane—check the video I’ve included to hear the 2 AM 'symphony' of the streets. If you literally only have $20 and don't care about your sanity or hygiene, go for it. To the staff: you guys deserve a medal for working in this trench. To the owner: maybe buy a candle and some earplugs for the guests?"

The location was good. The noise. There are two night clubs right above. The music goes through walls till 5 am. Hardly could sleep. Bathroom has only liquid soap. No other bath stuff.

The bathroom is so dirty
-
Location, staff friendliness. Although the room was clean, it smelled like mould/humidity. Also, the shower was not in the best condition.
-
Everything was ok It was cold in the room. The heating was not on.
-
As mentioned in other reviews, there are bars on the same street that can make the stay a bit noisy, especially if you get a room right above one of the bars.
-
I liked that it was clean and comfortable and in the center. The staff was also nice. The hotel looks nice and beautiful. The noise, unfortunately I didn't check that is on a club street.

Great location. Staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but everything was clean, functional, and as expected.

I booked the cheapest hotel, and what I got was definitely the cheapest, but to be honest it turned out better than I expected. It's very decent. Nothing fancy, not at all, it's a budget hotel. Very modest, but very clean, tidy, well-maintained, very straight-forward. The location is fantastic. Really good value for the money. They were understaffed, so the reception was unattended most of the time. When I first arrived for the check-in I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes to be served.
