The place is very quiet and clean.

The toilet was not properly cleaned. Everything else was acceptable for what I needed. I don't expect much giving the price, but cleanliness shoud be a must no matter the price.

Location Cleanliness and safety are HUGE issues.Hostel is located on a single floor of a building with Doors that supposed to be locked but are permanently open so I saw people coming in and goong out. I saw some random people sleeping on the sofa at the entrance. Don't think they were guests. Major safety issue,a homeless aggressive man entered the room and took place of some other girl, when she came back it was very hard to get rid of him and whole room smelled nasty. Toilets are very dirty and there is no separate female restroom.

Staff answers fast by message Room empty apart from me, so I had all the space to myself Good size locker inside the room for each bed Broken lamp Bunk beds too close to one another, would hurt myself all the time Not so clean, and smelly shower Lukewarm water in the shower (although the room was so cold) No towels Booked an only women room thinking it meant that the hotel was only meant for women. The ROOM is meant for women, but the HOSTEL is mix, so there were men in the premises. Was very shocked, information was misleading.

To begin with, this is my first time staying at a self check in hostel, but I found the place to be very reasonable in terms of cost compared to the value ( cost and value). suitable accommodation. it’s very clean place , friendly staff, they care about quality of service and quality of service performance, it’s so close to the city center close to all markets and restaurants,

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Got no refund. Did not stay there even 1 hour but paid for 2 weeks. Robbery. No respect for clients.

cheapest for solo traveler just to stay in warsaw. shared bed with unknown people, lack of personal privacy.

+A central location with the old town and other sights as well as transportation within a walking distance. A few restaurants and supermarkets were around 5-10 minutes away, on foot. -Late check in. A couple of hours later than the competition around. With no staff and nowhere to leave your bags (at accommodation), this can be an issue for some people.

Loved the location and the service
-
Tea and coffee in the room, good location, self check-in Only Polish channels in TV

The offer on the basis of which I made the reservation was presented as a hotel room, which clearly suggested accommodation in a private hotel room. At no point was it indicated that the property is a hostel or that the reserved space pertains to a shared multi-bed room. Such a presentation of the offer may mislead consumers and is therefore contrary to applicable consumer protection laws – in particular regarding transparency and accurate information about the nature of the service. As a result, it may infringe upon the collective interests of consumers under the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection, posing a risk of significant financial penalties. Additionally, the price indicated in the reservation significantly exceeds the market rate for a hostel bed, which further suggests a deliberate misrepresentation of the type and standard of the offered accommodation. In light of the above: I demand an urgent explanation of this situation, and a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
