The location was great close to everything in the center of the city. The noise all day specially police vehicles and ambulances was really annoying.

Great breakfast and location was perfect for my exploration. I was disappointed that the large bathroom did not not have a shelf for personal items. Wished for a tub but bathroom was very clean and served my needs. View from my window was horrible but it is a big city!

Complete package. Good breakfast, excellent staff, comfortable rooms. I amended my reservation to add two additional rooms. I made a mistake and booked 3, when I attempted to correct the mistake, the hotel refused because the reservation was made through booking.com. Booking.com said that I needed to discuss with the hotel. I was very disappointed by this. After all, the whole purpose was to give the hotel extra business.

Good location. We used the central train station. Staff were excellent. Asked for a authentic polish food recommendation which worked out well. Beautiful building. Room was very nice. We used the bar for a drink. Also used luggage storage. Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, central location to shopping, train and old town We had to add an extra day, so when cancelling and rebooking total price almost doubled… not happy… be aware anyone else
