Great breakfast, nice pool and sauna zone. Room had an amazing view. Location is top, lobby feels monumental In certain parts of the hotel it feels kinda outdated. Room was nice but AC wasn't working as it should. Bathroom wasn't bad, but i think it needs a little refresh. Porter unfortunately was rude. After I asked receptionist about room availability he hasn't hesitated to tell his opinion about my question in a rude way.

Excellent customer service, very comfortable beds, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Well equipped bar, superb location! Can’t say one bad thing about this hotel. Even if it’s next to the main road it was very quiet at night. Couldn’t hear the other guests neither. Hotel staff was the best! I highly recommend this place. Nothing to dislike, honestly.

The room is large, spacious, and clean. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of food, with dishes replenished frequently. At times, the breakfast area can get quite crowded. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly opposite Warsaw Central Railway Station and Złote Tarasy shopping mall. The Old Town is also within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel also has a casino. The gym is modern, very well equipped, and excellent On the hotel rooftop, there is a restaurant and cocktail bar with a great atmosphere and live music on weekends On weekends, the waiting time for the elevators was very long.

Extra large bed which was really comfortable. Great sound proofing and nice view (from lv34). Great central location with Central train station next door and MacDonald opposite. Literally a few min walk to old town. Quite out of date however still decent. Bathroom curtain was abit annoying
