The location was very convenient. Right in front of the central train station. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city.

A wonderful, new, neat, and clean hotel. Comfortable rooms, and a spacious, spotless, excellent bathroom. The front desk is staffed 24/7 by a polite and professional team.

Excellent breakfast, especially the champagne one. Lovely white bedding. Exciting roof bar with sweeping day and night views of Warsaw Skyline, although overcrowded. There was a strange manhole right in the middle of the ceiling - in a prime visible spot. Very unusual. Also there was some stomping and odd activity in the room above throughout the nights. You could consider opening up the lovely view by removing the oversized TV stand. Why not replace it with a 60cm stand?

Clean!! The front desk!!! Not friendly, no smile, no service mind at all. Acting like they’re the owner there, treating people like we’re poor come asking for free room to stay. That is how I feel!!!
