Location and the spa are the selling points of this hotel. Ladies at the spa were amazing! Breakfast was good as well. But this is not a "luxury" hotel. Next time I´m going to the Bristol. No porter to help me with my bag upon arrival. Lady at the desk wasn´t really friendly. Hotel is huge, impersonal and feels and looks like an airport business hotel, not a luxury property. Room didn´t feel luxurious at all, minibar was empty and the bedding looked shabby. TV didn´t work. Room just looked old and that would not have been an issue except for the fact that they charge luxury hotel prices!

I loved the view from the room.

The view is great, I have been here before. But I also came back because of the breakfast. It does have a bit more Polish breakfast rather than only a standard continental breakfast. The location is great, the red double bus leaves from the hotel's door. During check-in, there was a problem with my booking and they tried to put me in a room that was not high-floor, as I requested. The next day, the breakfast was considered "unpaid". There was certainly trouble in the registration via Booking. Despite the trouble, I believe it is related to the fact that I booked two rooms, with different periods, using 2 separate bookings. Anyway, that could have been done better.

The telephon in the room ( no. 2216) did not work. The air-condition was week, it was very very hot on the room.

The hotel looks decent and sits right in the city center — perfect location, and the room-service wasn't bad either. The food was also okay overall. But honestly, those are the only good things about it I expected that at a hotel of this level, everything inside would be in perfect or at least good condition, and that I wouldn't run into any problems. It was very hot that day, and I booked this hotel just to use the spa, relax, and get a good night's sleep before an important day — counting on a properly working air conditioner, a quiet room, and so on. None of that happened. The AC in the room barely worked. The lowest temperature I could reach, even at maximum power, was 25 °C, which is way too high and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. And that 25 °C was only possible at the highest fan setting, at which point you can't even stay in the room. The air conditioning system is awful. One- and two-star hotels usually have better AC than this. The soundproofing wasn't great either — you could regularly hear and even feel vibrations whenever something was going on in the neighboring rooms. On top of that, the showerhead was leaking and looked terrible, completely out of line with the hotel's supposed level. Overall the hotel looks nice — the room was clean and so on — but in terms of the actual quality of the stay, it's a flat 0 out of 10, and I'll never go back there for this price. There are hotels two or three times cheaper that are better than this one

Great front desk service. We had a larger room which was very comfortable. The hotel is right beside the main train station which we wanted. You can walk to the old town in about 25 minutes. It was nice to be not be right in the old town. We stayed two nights and then left for 10 days to cycle, the hotel held on to all out bags which was really helpful. would recommend.

Beautiful, clean,big room. Great breakfast. Close to many things. Very happy with our stay there.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was very sumptuous.

Niche cosmetic, the best bed in my life, huge rooms, very cheerful service, room service very cool. Lobby is very cosy and fine menu pool - too load, too many people in Jacuzzi, sauna. Very small size of the bathrobe in my apartment. I could to exchange but I though bout this just after I used.
