Comfortable bed, excellent shower Paid extra for the city view and saw construction site. Felt disappointed considering I was charged for that. The plates in the breakfast room were dirty to the point that my hands got dirty from them. The staff in the breakfast room was not helpful with that, I couldn’t find a napkin and they never replaced the dirty stack of plates. Disgusting.

Location was very good for our needs We were given a room where water dripped out of the sink into the bathroom room with an odor of sewage. They tried to fix it three times and the eventually decided to move us to a smaller room claiming that they’ll place us back once repairs will be done, something that did not happen in the next 7 nights. We noticed that in the new room the refrigerator did not work and one of the lights neither. Our conclusion is that hotel maintenance is rather poor and there is no follow up on issues left open

Location is great, the rooms are very clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is excellent. The Spa is also nice, you have everything you need in the room. Would surely come back. Nothing.

בבריכה ובעיקר בג'קוזי היה ריח חזק מאוד של כלור, ברמה שגרמה לנו לשיעולים ושריפה בעיניים. אמרתי למציל והוא אמר שהוא יודע, אבל דבק לא נעשה גם בימים האחרים שהגענו המצב היה דומה. מהמקלחת היה ריח חזק של ביוב שנעלם כפותחים את המים.
