I travell a lot but for me this is one of the worst hostels i ever stayed in Europe and here is why. After a 12 hours of a long trip to be in Warsaw for the first time i head up to the hostel being very exited for the new experience. I get into the hostel and say hello to the reception blonde hair lady that was at the night shift on 21 of july, she was looking on her phone and doesnt respond to my hello. Thinking she didnt hear me (basically being in her front) i give her another hello. Again she doesnt bother to stand her head up. The third time i ask her hi do you work here ? She answer: yes ,what do you want? I respond: well i have a reservation if you dont mind to help,since you work here. She says :give me your pasport ,does the check in and give me a key and say : go left ,enter the main door and you'll find your room. Thats it. I was in shock. I mean if you dont like your job why you work in a hostel and be xenophobic ,just find another job and take the negativity with you. I mean this is just the start ,the bed things never end in this hostel ,the room smell so so bed ,the toilet never cleaned up i mean never. The cleanig black hair lady was also rude ,i guess they love being rude. If i was the owner i would do some changes around.

The location is a few minutes walk from the central station. WiFi was good. The beds are extremely creaky, small, and feel like are about to collapse any second. The room was crazy cramped, genuinely almost no room to move between the beds... The showers and toilets were dirty, had nowhere to leave your stuff that won't get wet, and very cramped overall. There is no reception overnight, and I had a crazy roommate but no way to change rooms.

Great location close to transport, old town and centre. Clean room and shared spaces. Kitchen was very usable. Staff were super helpful. Very quiet. The 4-bed room was overcrowded for the space and also very hot with very little cooling or ventilation, so sleep was difficult on those heat wave days.
