Excellent hotel overall — beautiful rooms, great facilities, very comfortable stay and high-quality service during our visit. Unfortunately, our stay was seriously overshadowed by what happened after check-out. We were charged for a breakfast package that we explicitly declined at check-in, were never informed had been added to our reservation, and never used even once during the entire stay. Despite disputing the charge, the hotel continued attempting to charge our card and is still requesting additional payment. Even more concerning is the way the matter has been handled: instead of considering that an error may have been made by the receptionist, the staff repeatedly and categorically claim that we personally requested the breakfast package, which we absolutely did not, while providing no objective evidence to support this accusation. The communication has also been extremely slow, with very long waiting times and a dismissive, accusatory attitude throughout the dispute. I have honestly received more professional and respectful customer service at some of the cheapest hotels I have stayed in. For a five-star Sheraton property, this is completely unacceptable. A hotel of this level should inspire trust, especially when it comes to billing, yet this experience has done exactly the opposite. What should have been a pleasant stay ended with us having to fight over charges for a service we neither requested nor used.
