It was lovely and clean There was no fridge and nowhere to get any cold drinks from. The lighting on the staircase was very poor and my daughter tripped.

Nice conditions for a good price, clean, friendly receptionist. Parking available. They accept dogs and don’t charge much for that. The breakfast was a tragedy. The products were not very fresh (old, smelly cheese - and I don’t mean the French one but the regular yellow cheese), cheapest eggs, worst class veggies etc. I mean, for 40 zł you can have an amazing breakfast in a restaurant in the city, not left overs.

as always - very clean, this time there was a nice woman at the reception. Parking at the gate is very convenient. Kettle and tea were really nice in such cold weather. Previously we statyed at block B and were very satisfied, this time we got a room at Block C. We were given the room with a terrace under the stairs right opposite the front door. All the guests chose to make a lot of noise on their way in and out laughing and stomping, so we woke up multiple times during the night; nobody seemed to close the front door so there was a draft on the floor and the water in the shower was not hot even after 10 minutes, it was lukewarm. I hoped for a hot shower :((

The heating in the room was not working. It was very cold, we slept with our clothes on, it was also too cold to take a shower. The hotel staff promised to fix the heating system, but they were unable to do so for two days. They did not change the room, did not refund money and did not answer the calls when we called. We are very disappointed and not recommended this hotel.

The staff were nice. The property is well cared for and clean No staff available outside check-in period, so I couldn't get daily replacements of water and toiletries.
