One minus is that in the sink was only cold water. And in the shower had to wait more than 5 minutes for the warm water.

Location excellent-easy walking distance to old town Also lots of restaurants and pubs and shopping and attractions close by Very clean Nice common area to have coffee/tea We did not select breakfast - in our mind not a good value - but there were lots of places to eat close by and we also brought food to prepare in the kitchen

Its close to the coty center When i check in there was okay so i check in, but when i came back at 23:00 there was crowd of children screaming and making noise, i came to administrator ask if there any silence hour - she said 22:00 and smiles, so she fo nothing to calm down that crowd So i required to cancel my stay as i need to have good sleep, she agreed - so left this hostel in the middle of the night But later they refuse to give my money back and stop responding the messages

The location was great and the staff. There is a kitchen for the whole hostel to share and it was great to have. Kind of noisy, no sound proof rooms. Needs an update, beds were not comfortable.

Rooms, bathrooms, and shared space maintained very well. Staff was friendly. Great location. They had a place to store luggage for a few hours when we checked out. Honestly I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. It really was great.

Very clean, wonderful staff, great location and modern facilities. The location was very centralized. Very close to major tourist attractions, including Old Town. The staff was courteous, attentive and fun. On my first night I was not able to get a lower bunk but they were able to find an alternative room for the night and I got the lower bunk for the remainder of my stay. Also I really enjoyed my conversations with them. This was truly a memorable experience for me. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for others.

Location was excellent, can easily walk around some of the best places in Warsaw Staff agreed to provide a lower bunk bed due to my chronic back pain - which was a very kind gesture The bunk beds have no privacy curtains and no plugs; I do not remember seeing any individual lamps for the beds either - which meant, if you had to leave early in the morning, you would need to switch on the main light in the room and disturb the other travelers. The musty odor inside the building and the room...perhaps it's just me being particularly sensitive to smell, but it felt suffocating in spite keeping the window inside the room open...The WC/shower room was located quite far from the room; it contained 2 toilets and 2 shower cabins for all the female travelers at the hostel at any given time which was challenging during the busy hours of the morning. When I left the hostel, my clothes carried the musty odor from the place and had to pay nearly 10 euros the following day in another hostel in Krakow to wash and dry all my clothes... At the price I paid for two nights (around 60+ euros), I feel there is no value for the money. I cannot recommend this hostel...

Nice staff Room too small for 2 people. Bathroom very tiny, in the shower you can only stand. It's a hostel but I did not see it mentioned anywhere in the ad.

Location is good. Under bed locker storage is a good size. Young woman with the long long dark hair & glasses is very friendly. The others, no. Dining/lounge area is nice. They have a nice little bowl of good candies at reception & in the lounge. Lighting in the bathroom is good. Mattress does not hold shape so it sunk in. Pillows are some crinkly material that make noise whenever you move. Not enough outlets in our room & some did not work. You have to leave your phone out on a desk to charge. I am not comfortable with that. Nowhere to put any of your things in your bunk - no shelf, no hook, no light. Old school keys to open the rooms so they can be loud when others are trying to get in & can't get it to unlock. Had no internet for a full day. There should be hooks inside the shower stalls (& maybe WCs too). But the worst was.....other guests. There was a group of kids (tween aged) that were there for the 3 nights I was there. At night and in the morning, the hostel let them run up & down the halls, banging doors and yelling. Not sure where the adult to supervise them was but they were allowed to run wild each day. Every time they banged their door, ours and other doors on that same wall would rattle in the frame. Running in shower shoes & smacking against the floors. I don't understand why this was permitted. I did not pay a lot for this room so there is a lot I could have overlooked but because of the other guests, the other shortcomings of the hostel made it that much worse.
