Love this place. Very friendly staff. Responsive, and speak English. The room was big and comfortable and very close to public transportation. 24/7 reception and Warsaw is amazing!! Nothing - loves everything

The hotel was just OK, nothing special, it was mostly clean and had all that was necessary, but the room was very small, the shower was small, a small desk and minimum furniture. Really just OK, don’t think I will stay here again. Only one of the staff was friendly, the first day we checked in the ladies were quite rude and we waited at least 15 mins to check in. The location was not good for us, quite far from the center and not close to the stop we arrived, but overall Warsaw is huge, so you cannot be close to everything. I think I spoke about this above, but a very mediocre hotel, mediocre breakfast.

Stuff is friendly. The design is nice. Location is good We got only one towel pro person. The room keys didn't work three times, so we needed to go to the reception to fix it. The shower switch didn't work properly, so the shower pressure was really weak.

The location was very good. Breakfast was good. I really appreciated the water dispenser. Coffee machine. I specifically asked for towels to be changed everyday, however I had to ask to be changed twice, but after raising the query it never happened again. Regarding the coffee machine there were no coffee capsules available.
