The location was good. Easy walk to central station. Bathrooms good Cons: We stayed for 3 nights. Coffee capsule x 1 provided. You have to purchase coffee capsule for 2.5 euro if you need more ! Never heard of a ridiculous thing like that! Nog sure if the AC was working No coffee capsule provided per day Air conditioning Not enough pillows - 1 big and 1 small total for 2 people

Great location, very well connected to everything. Nice Aesthetic but Very disappointed with my stay. I arrived early for a 7am flight and, as my room wasn’t ready, the receptionist suggested I leave my luggage in storage and go sightseeing, which I did. However, when I returned that evening, I was told the hotel was overbooked and I would be given a disabled-access room instead of the room I had booked, including an open-plan shower. I was charged the full price despite receiving a different room, and no discount or compensation was offered. Given that I had been there early that morning, I feel the least they could have done was reserve me a suitable room or offer a discount. The room itself had several issues: the toilet had not been flushed and still contained tissue from the previous guest; the automatic bathroom tap was very unreliable and took several attempts to work; the disabled-access sink was uncomfortably low for someone of my height; and the open shower was by far the worst issue. Without a glass panel, water splashed all over the bathroom floor, leaving it soaking wet and creating a serious slipping hazard. I had to dry the floor after every shower and was also left shivering due to the lack of enclosure. Finally, the reception staff showed very little hospitality. Having worked in hotels myself, I would expect staff to ask about a guest’s stay at checkout and address any problems. Instead, there was no concern whatsoever. Booking.com eventually provided me with account credit as compensation after I contacted them, but this is something I feel the hotel should have offered when I was first given the unsuitable room.

It was decent. 15 minutes walk to train station You had to pay for the coffee pods after first day. Most hotels supply coffee making items for the room

Location is super close to transport. Roughly 5 mins walk away. Water taps on our floor were nice to fill up bottles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

-good location -comfortable bed -no privacy at the bathroom as there is a see-through glass that doesn't even close completely -the boy from the reception-unwelcoming and seems like we were disturbing him :) -breakfast isn't wow (maybe some lactose free options would be nice) -chose the half-board option but the food for lunch wasn't excellent or variated

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful, they even organized us a dinner boxed prepared ahead as we could not use the half board during the first night as our flight was very late. This was very thoughtful and we really appreciate it. The reception staff was very helpful and solution oriented. The breakfast staff was not very polite. One girl screamed at me in Polish when i was entering the wrong room. You can clearly see i am a foreigner and screaming does not meet with any etiquette.
