Friendly staff, there was no noise after 10pm, we were worried about kids and the terrace as mentioned in reviews, but there was no disrupting noise. I highly recommend, you can get a hotel room (with shower) for very cheap, plus basic hotel appliances like kettle, and cups, spoons, tea etc... Just like a hotel! Dog friendly, I'd book again I'd suggest adding dog bowls to reception, which you can take to your room if you have a dog

1. The location was great, right by the Presidential Palace and many bus stops. Many food options nearby. If you walk down a spiral set of stairs behind the hostel and through a park, you'd be at the Warsaw University Library along with several other food options. 2. The kitchen facilities are very nice. However, we did not utilize them much. 3. The check-in process was quite easy, with clear instructions in the Booking message. I was able to get my keys from the lock-box, no problem 4. The ground-floor private room made it easy for me to transport my luggage. No stairs. Very convenient. 1. The bathroom did not have a vent, so it felt a little musty. It was also VERY small. Smaller than most small bathrooms I've been in. I saw little specs of mold on the white ceiling. 2. The reception desk closes at 7 PM (19:00), which isn't a problem. However, we arrived earlier than check-in time and stored our luggage with the reception desk, and by the time we came back from a full day out sightseeing and dinner, they were already closed. Still, no problem. However, we had no idea what they did with our luggage. It turned out they stored it in the employees' storage room, which was fine, but they did NOT INFORM us through Booking messages. There was 0 way to contact them other than buying some data and calling ? them; their 2 WhatsApp contact numbers did not work. In hindsight, what they should have done was 1) get our room number and 2) upon the reception desk closing, put the luggage into our room (the room was right behind/closest to the reception, too). It was a bit of an ordeal. I messaged them on Booking, but of course nobody got back to me because it was after office hours. 3. I guess something that would be nice (but I guess logistically expensive) for them to have is a 24-hour or late-closing front desk. 4. Also regarding luggage storage, depending on the hours, they may charge you for luggage holds (personally, they did not charge us). But they had a sign that said so.

What truly made the experience special was the receptionist, a kind and warm woman from Ukraine. Her friendliness and thoughtful attitude made us feel instantly welcome — almost like arriving at a friend’s home rather than a hostel. Thanks to her, the whole place felt cozy, safe, and wonderfully homey. The room was very hot at night due to the heatwave.

Location is really nice. Also the terrace is good. Rather noise outside

Good location, cozy little, Clean room. Mattress is thin but not a big problem. Quite too. Shared Bathrooms were not clean coz of other people who used it. (Especially kids) I think the staff try to keep it clean but they can’t clean it after every use.

The mattresses wеrе very hard and thin. Maybe it was the case only in our room, I don't know.

some noise downstairs may bother some people, it wasnt an issue for me.
-
Wonderful location. Close to the River, the square and Royal Castle I met the lady - not sure if she is receptionist or not but she did the check in for me. She was not friendly nor supportive. The other staff were so helpful and nice. Another minus points - no lift and the corridor was very cold at night and early morning.
-
Quite small but enough for one night.

Good place, friendly staff, clean rooms. Some street noise at night, but my room was on first floor and it was expected. Couldn't tell anything about wifi etc, because I didn't use it.

Excellent location, cleanliness and service no negative reviews

It needs some kind of noise cancelling as you can hear every step of other guests, every door opening… The linen, mattress and towels needs to be replaced for new ones. Other guests were disrespecting the silence hours even after requests from my side to stop it but after a call to the propety manager they took care of it and the next night was way quieter

Excellent location. Pretty quiet at night. Excellent facilities, tea in the room, clean towels, etc. Excellent value per cost. There was drunk people outside the building door sometimes. There was weird people smoking weed outside of the building door too. It didn't feel unsafe but almost...

Very clean and attractive facilities for a hostel. Great location.

Overall very clean and all areas attractive and well kept. The location is perfect, 20 minutes one way to old town and the other way to downtown and right off the royal way. The mattress was ok, not great. It would be nice to have coffee available

The woman at the reception was incredibly rude. Our room smelled bad, and the toilet was the same — I can’t say it was filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it’s not worth the pric

Friendly stuff, great location, nice rooms. No elevator and looong stairs. ;-)

The location of the hostel is very good. Right close to Bristol Hotel, it is in a safe area and close to old town. It is easy to commute as well. There were flies in the room. The curtains were insufficient to provide privacy. There was a strong smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage. The handle of the shower was broken and the cap covering the drain in the sink was missing. A school group came and made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. That night, the reception closed and I believe the building was unattended by the owner because we couldn’t find anyone to pose a complaint. We were about to call the police when the noise settled down but did continue all night. The mirror in our bathroom shook from the banging of the door across the corridor. I understand the excitement of the kids but no business owner should leave their property unattended with such a wide incoming group. We were very tired and had a very bad night.

Close to everything , well cleaned , easy access , friendly staff Only feedback was there was a strong stench smell in my single bed room I was in , and overnight the smell absorbed to my clothes that I hung out , had to open the window for some fresh air

Great location Very friendly staff at the front desk No hot water Unpleasant swampy odor in the room No soap provided Bed linens were not fresh Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day No hot water was the main deal-breaker, so we likely won't return. Otherwise, recommended if you don't mind the flaws mentioned.
