There is a free coffee machine at the lobby where you can make coffee any time of the day, and a cold water filling machine next to it. There is a free bowl of cookies in the lobby. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to get to the PGE narodowy stadion. Very expensive price for a night I was willing to pay to get quality service and room. Unfortunately, things were very, very very different. The room is very small in size, barely room to move in the room. There is no refrigerator. There are no writing paper and pens in the room. When i was giving the key to the room, not all the necessary explanations were given about the services that the hotel provides, such as the wireless internet network and the password, which made me go down to the reception several times and to ask over and over again things that weren't said in advance upon receiving the room at the beginning. In addition, about every 30 minutes the internet disconnects you from the network, and you have to reconnect to it again, which is very very inconvenient. In the shower room there is a system of about 5 or 6 different wires to close the blinds and it requires an proficiency of engineering, it is a very very ineffective and really bad system they have there. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the receptionist who came with a stool to release the lock that was there. But the biggest disaster occurred when they serve breakfast there, What disrespect this hotel has for the guests!!!! I have never seen a service that is so disrespectful for the customer, just a huge and real disgust. There is only one waiter who served breakfast to about 12 people. There is no buffet where you can take food yourself like in any other hotel in the world I have been, as a result of this I waited about 30 minutes!!!! until something was served to my dining table. You depend on this single waiter absolutely, only he gives food\drinking. the result of that is shocking, a very poor breakfast and such disgusting service. how can someone thinks that such a form of service is respectable and worthy??? They are aware of it and they don't care at all. I recommend staying far far away from this very bad hotel. I will never go back to it This hotel is a disgrace.

Location is ok. Dirty bedsheets, hot room, AC was not working, price of the stay was absurd considering the conditions! The worst stay in Warsaw in my entire life. I told the receptionist about all the issues and she offered me tea or coffee THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ANYWAYS

A very small room with no space for luggage, not even a closet, and very expensive considering the price.

The trash in the shower room was full with leftovers from the previous guest, and this was not cleaned even after my complain

The location was decent It just was not a boutique hotel. Our room was laughably small for two people with luggage. You could barely move especially in the bathroom. There was no care in the details. No usb ports. You couldn't cast to the TV from your phone. There was no mini fridge. The room was hot. You could hear other guests very loudly. There was a very bright green light on the key card slot that lit up the whole room. Just not good

Cozy room and great breakfast selection. Metro stop outside; great for exploring the city. Shopping, dining and cafes close by. The room was quite small.

It was great

The room was very, very clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I am a tall person, 6’ tall. The bathroom was so small that my knees were touching the vanity when I used the toilet. That is my only negative. The rest of everything was great.

Great location on the river and short walk to centre. Cool modern vibe.

Cleanliness. Coffee machine. Staff were very friendly. I would suggest for the staff to have some restaurant recommendations, for future guests. Very small rooms

The location is somewhat off from the centre

Room very quiet.

Good accomodation in a good place for a reasonable price The door was not very well sound-isolated so from the early morning I was regelarly woken up by sounds from the corridor

Beautiful rooms, great location right next to a food market. Very clean. Rude personnel, and mediocre breakfast.
