The staff were super nice and helpfull. The room is beautiful Clean and cozy. There were problems with the electricity and hot water.

Electricity problems. Power went off 2 times whike we were staying there.

The apartment was very clean. Well located. Nice staff. A microwave can be useful. Darker curtains are needed (early morning light).

Fantastic place and if I come back to Warsaw I would stay here again. Great location, walking to all the tourist attraction and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, they accommodated my requests for early check-in, helped me with all the questions. The apartment itself was gorgeous, very comfortable and stylish. It was a pleasure to stay there.

It was just delightful. The location couldn’t be beat . Great staff. Clean spacious room with kitchen and bath. Bed was comfortable too. Honestly it was modern with hidden surprises like coffee, treats, even a dog statue. It was too cold to enjoy the terrace but I bet it rocks during the summertime. We will happily return. We liked it and had no complaints.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very clean and very comfortable. Convenient tram and bus locations nearby, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, less if you use a tram. We appreciated being able to store our bags there for a bit on our last day. A perfect location for a Christmas-time visit - a 10-minute walk from the large Christmas Market and a 5-minute walk the other way takes you to a pedestrian section of Nowy Świat that is lit and decorated all the way up to the Old Town.

The staff, accommodations and location are ideal! Location and accommodation provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, short walk to Nowy Swait and a lot of shops and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment was really spacious and had a great kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and even a coffee machine with capsules. We loved the small stuff that elevated our stay like the bathrobes and free coffee and water available in the lobby. After three days, we got a full cleaning, which made everything feel fresh again. Overall, it was super comfortable, convenient, and just a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back Read in one of the reviews and have to agree - toilet seat is super uncomfortable ?

The woman administrator who checked us in was exceptionally nice and hospitable. The hotel is located in a great location with many bars, restaurants, and shops. The apartment style room was large, stylish, and super clean. All in all, a wonderful place to stay Nothing.

Everything Booking

The location is very good, nearby the main train station, in the city center, with lots of eateries, restaurants, bars and caffees nearby. The staff is great and the apartment is big enough, clean, new and providing all the necessary amenities. They provide water and coffe at the reception non-stop and during the working hours tea and croissantes. Definitely the place to stay in Warsaw.

Hotel is in a great location, room was big with all you need for a perfect stay and lots of privacy / quiet neighborhood Bed could be slightly more comfortable but it was ok

This is not the first time here and definitely not the last. Always spotlessly clean, has EVERYTHING you could need, comfortable bed, easy check-in, everything is modern and nice looking. The location is nice also. There is nothing in this facility that we do not like, really.
