Comfort Inn & Suites Warsaw near US-30

First room had poop on a towel on the bathroom. 2nd room had bugs and the doornlock didnt latch becuase it was broken. Last room had blood stains on the bed sheets, both beds

Out dated, pool out of order, bed not as comfortable as other comfort inns I have stayed at. Logging in to network difficult.

I expect more from a Comfort Inn. The bedspread was both dirty on the edges and torn. It was white in color which made the dirt easy to see. The floor in the room had small peices of paper lying about which indicated it had not been vacumed. We had only one bath towel in the bathroom to accompany two hand towels and two washcloths. The staff were pleasant and helpful but obviously the standard for this motel below what it should have been.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Didn't have telephone in room to order out. Didn't have computer in short office area. Both these items were there from past years stays with same motel.

Nothing It smelled terrible, black hair all over bathroom floor and tub, very dirty, mold in tub, small pillows that were more couch size vs actual bed pillows, desk chair dirty, carpet not vacuumed, there was brown spots all over the walls and the most disturbing was the white stuff all over the lamp next to the bed. Absolutely disgusted in this place.

Room was not really that clean. Big sticky spot on carpet in front of the refrigerator. Light switch to bathroom not clean. Tub not the cleanest. The outside door keys did not work, so we noticed people kept it propped open. Stairwell kind of dirty.

Breakfast was good

toilet was way too low (hard for older people to use) and hard to figure out how to make the shower work.

Ease to get to Side door of building didn’t lock

It was not too expensive. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter and sheets. The pool heater was broken and water was extremely cloudy. Many outlets did not work and the TV was not hooked up. WiFi reception was poor. There were only two bath towels in the bathroom when we had 4 people occupying the space. The air conditioner was very loud. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

The sheets had hair on them no towels or wash rags in bathroom and no coffee cups. The carts to take your luggage to your room don’t work breakfast was cold

room was ok. Bathroom needed to be cleaned but worn down. Staff was friendly. Toilet in our room needed maintenance. Water pressure was so low it was hard to flush. Plunger need to be used every time to help pushing a down. AC NEEDED MAINTENANCE.

Older hotel but covered the essentials.

Beds very uncomfortable toilet would not flush without plunging bedding smell of bad body odor and my boyfriend fell over racking by the bed and broke his arm

I was pleasantly surprised, as this was the best stay in a week despite being on the lower price end. Decent mattresses, good and plentiful towels, well stocked, fridge with a freezer compartment, everything worked, breakfast was ample, and quiet enough. One small defect was the room was not pre-cooled on a 90+ day.

Front desk clerk tried to help. Also refrigerators had to call maintenance from outside to fix. Pillows not full size very small. Also shampoo and cream rinse empty. Hair dryer missing replaced 2nd day. Pool looked good. Breakfast o.k.

Price was decent compared to others and sheets were clean I guess Facilities in general were worn out, banged up, and not clean Pool and fitness center unavailable Rips in carpet Stains on walls, paint peeling off Something smeared on bedroom door Grease on kitchen cabinets No kitchen supplies in unit, had to get from desk Dirty burners Microwave mount cracked Couch sagged, stains on cushions Only two small pillows on beds Only two bath towels in a 2 bed suite with 4 people on reservation Shower dripped Stains on shower curtain Everything just screamed of a property spending as little as possible to scrape by on the minimum of brand standards (which there's no way they hit)

The pillows were terrible. The AC units were loud.

Was givin a upgraded room but wasn’t much of an upgrade. Sheets were stained, tub was stained, no shampoo or conditioner. Bed was rough to say the least and pillows were def lacking even though there was 4 on the bed.
