No pool this time 😭but the floor in our room seemed damp like recent carpet shampooed .

The location is decent. The staff was nonexistent. I waited alone in the lobby for over 15 minutes, tried calling the facility to get someone out before someone arrived to the front desk. There was construction on the first floor and no access to bathrooms on that floor. Neither of the staff who checked us in or out were very friendly or personable, nor did they provide any information about the stay. I was charged a convenience fee without their disclosing.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, breakfast was very good, just what I need. It was easy to get into the facility from the street and it was a safe spot. Toilet was too close to the ground, need new high end toilets. God help anyone over six foot.

Price was right. Breakfast was ok. Lobby and breakfast areas were orderly and clean. Shower faucet dripped non-stop. Toilet took forever to fill the tank (about 15 minutes)... so no chance of a double flush if needed. Carpets appeared old and dingy; especially in the elevators. They stated the breakfast was new (some kind of breakfast taquito?); however, the inside of mine was very cold (almost frozen). When I mentioned this, they took them all back to the kitchen... it was new, so they probably just need to understand how long to cook them.

The breakfasts at Hampton Inns are always quite good, and in this case the breakfast staff was very active and attentive to details, making the breakfast experience an excellent one.

Breakfast was decent. The hot tub and swimming area was not the best because they had dehumidifiers run in 24 hours a day and overheated the room other than that and overall it was decent

Nobody was at the desk when we got there. Other customers were waiting to check in also. Was given a room that had door adjoining next room, whoever was in that room was extremely noisy. The hand held shower head did not work.

Breakfast wasn't bad.... Booked a disabled/handicapped room. Room was advertised as disabled but was not. Toilet was so low that my husband had to help me off the toilet....false advertisement!!!
