I wanted to highlight a few issues. First, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy at night and failed to blow cold air. Second, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Finally, the listing did not clearly state that the parking space required a separate online booking and an additional fee.

Good location, food. Clean less room. After checking in I was ask about license plate number. After half an hour I was going to the city but I was not allowed to get out of parking. I come back to reception and they wasn’t entered plate number yet… terrible .

Hotel is ok Breakfast ok . Our stay was quite disappointing. First, the room was extremely small. We were three people, and the hotel provided a sofa bed as the third bed. Once it was opened, there was almost no space left to move around the room. Second, the hotel doesn’t have a refrigerator at all. If a guest needs to store medicine or anything else that requires refrigeration, they have to find their own solution. This is a serious inconvenience, especially for families or anyone traveling with medication. The staff were not interested in helping or listening to our concerns. It felt like once you had paid for the room, everything else became your problem. They seemed much more focused on selling beer and drinks from the bar than providing good customer service. In the evening, the receptionist was also working as the bartender, which may explain why guest service was not a priority. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
