The hotel is easy to reach from the airport by train and bus, and the room was exceptionally spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. Overall it was really quiet and clean, and I liked how the beds were firm yet comfortable. Appreciated the complementary coffee, water, and mini-bar too! This hotel is not LGBTQ+ friendly. The staff was openly questioning whether we "really" needed a King Size bed instead of twin beds, and when we had to extend our stay due to an unforeseen loss in the family, the hotel staff made a point of asking the status of my partner and how we related to each other. It is genuinely a scandal that a hotel that is primarily aimed at business travel in the main business district in Warsaw thinks it is acceptable to have hotel staff behave like this towards guests. Despite the property itself being good, I will not be returning here.

Great new hotel in Warsaw, conveniently located near the airport. Very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The reception service was outstanding, especially Marcelo, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice, and the breakfast selection was quite good, with enough variety to choose from. Breakfast tables, especially the popular ones by the windows, could be cleared more quickly, even when the restaurant is not busy. The reception staff could also be more welcoming in the mornings. A simple greeting makes a difference, as reception is the face of the hotel.

I couldn’t have any word to say because I would like to come again really I spend a very nice time. Rooms size and deco, lovely staff No spoons in the room, cleaning on demand, no night light in the bathroom, I would love to have better quality tea in the room.
