Good Good

1) location. It’s realy very conveniente, you can cone from cebtral station by foot, old town just 20min walk, and very good conection to the stadium (we were here for the concert) 2) instructions were send before arrival and it was clear to get there without any problems (and the automatic door lockers seems safe, so we felt safe at the place) 3) for sush price you can’t expect super facilities, so I think it’s really good value for money, beds quite comfortable, we get cleen towels, facilities were cleen and equiped (we had a room with a shared bathroom) 1) our room was just to the inner yard, there are 4 bars and karaoke:)) the noise was till the 4-5am:) for youngs it’s ok, but not for light sleepers:))) 2) it was very hot but no fan or AC at the facilities..open window not a big help 3) best for a 1-2 nights

The fact to have a place to stay The photos are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel and how the room looked. The building is in poor condition, there is a strong unpleasant smell throughout, the ventilation is terrible, and it is extremely noisy, because you need to open windows to have any air, also the room is very little. The only positive thing I can say is that the beds and the room itself were clean. I booked this place for my parents because, based on the photos, I thought it would be a nice hotel in the city center. Instead, I was embarrassed to even bring them inside. It is the worst place I have ever seen in Warsaw. Another issue is that the property is presented in a misleading way. It is actually a hostel, but the word "Hostel" is hidden on the photo and in the name on booking covered on the sign in the photos, making it look like a hotel I think you can find information that's hostel though I don't think it's that easy. If I had known it was a hostel, I would never have booked it for my parents. Because the price was not cheap like hotel without cut off It was around 560pln for two nights, so I thought it can't a price for a Hostel My mother didn't even feel comfortable using the shower because she was afraid of the condition of the facilities, so she came to my apartment to take a shower instead. Our experience with the reception staff made everything even worse. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist warned me that I would be fined 80 PLN if I entered with my parents because there were three of us instead of 2 on booking. I explained that the booking was only for my parents and that I was simply helping them check in before leaving, as I had my own place to stay. He replied, "Okay, but if I catch you on the cameras, you'll get a fine." I told him that this was rude and unwelcoming. His response was, "Fine, go find your room yourself.

I like that the bathroom was nice, but only halfway complete. It was very uncomfortable, not like the pictures. No AC no fan! Just a big sweat box. I spent a lot of money for nothing, I ended up just leaving and booking something somewhere else.

I liked that the location was in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk to many places. I liked having the private bathroom for a hostel. I liked having access to the kitchen as well. The staff did respond timely to messages and were nice when we did interact with them. There is a closet in the bathroom that needs to be finished. I'm not used to having an unstaffed check-in. I like when there is a person available 24/7. We rang the bell for Hostel, but there was no answer. The room was noisy with the window open, especially. I doubt any room there is quiet. The city of Warsaw doesn't seem to sleep. The bedside lamps weren't working upon arrival. The kitchen needs a few more amenities such as a cutting board, bottle opener, and towels. The butcher knife needs to be sharpened. I would also suggest telling people to give the address UI Nowy Swiat 29 for a drop off location and then walk west on Chmielna to find the Vietnam restaurant and such. Our driver was a little confused, because you couldn't drop off in front of the building, so they dropped us at the Chmielna hotel instead. We had to scramble for a moment to figure out our location. Once we settled in things went pretty well. I regret not requesting a fan. I thought there would be one in the room. Some of the nights were warm. It is an interesting building and it was definitely affordable.

City Center

Perfect location. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear instructions for finding the place. Bad sewage smell in the second floor's bathrooms and the corridor. Uncomfortable mattresses (looked like hand-made from a bad quality upholstery foam that did not match the bed sizing well). Wobbly bunk beds in quite terrible condition. No hand soap in restrooms.

The location is great if you want to be on a busy pedestrian street. The cleaning lady did a good job. The place is in disorder: noise, smoking, agressive behavior, no one cares about other people and the guy at the reception is supporting all of that, playing mate with certain customers instead of being professional. It's impossible to sleep. I can't recommend, especially if you are a female traveler.

Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, around 20 minutes walk to Warszawa Centralna train station, and close to lots of restaurants, clubs and stores. Toilets are separate from showers, both have sinks. There's a hairdryer, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and free coffee and tea available. Each bed comes with a password-protected locker, and there are no keys, as all the doors have passcode keypads. The bunk bed was not the best - it was shaking and creaking loudly even with a slight movement, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Earplugs helped with the creaking, but there wasn't much to do about the rest.

The room was so cold we had to look for another place to sleep at night with doughter. Administrator was only looking at the phone not even to us while we were telling the problems, we asked 2 times for extra heating, nothing was aranged, she was always only scrolling the phone...

I stayed in a bunk bedroom, and there wasn't a separate charging port for each bed. Because the beds weren't capsule-style or person oriantated technical needs weren't built, there was no separate changing area or sleeping space away from other people I didn't know. The bunk beds were old and don't have high expectations for the mattress and linens. I think there's a lot of stuff that needs replacing. But the location is, I think, great. I am not sure about other room options, might be better maybe?
