Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good for 1-2 nights One significant inconvenience was that the windows were locked, and considering how tiny the room was, it became extremely difficult to breathe. The lack of fresh air caused dizziness and breathing difficulties, which is not acceptable from a health and safety perspective. In such a small enclosed space, proper ventilation is essential, so for me this seems like a serious issue that should be addressed. It is a pity, because apart from this issue everything else was truly good

Price and location very good for night staying there

Friendly and kind staff, perfect central location, clean and tidy property, comfortable beds, warm room Outside noise overnight, lack of hot water - lukewarm water in the shower. In room kettle would be nice.

Value for money.

Location is perfect, couldn't ask for better. The staff were available around the clock and very nice. They had space for me to leave my luggage after I checked out. There were no traffic noises during the night. The carpet in my room looked dirty and dingy. The sheets are low quality polyester type fabric instead of cotton or linen. The WiFi does not work at all, not even a little bit.

Everything was great. Big room, nice staff, perfect location.

The location is fantastic, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the beds are comfortable. This is where I stay when I'm in Warsaw. It has everything I need. I liked everything.

The property is a a great location, with countless places to dine in, short walk to the city center, as well as a nice stroll to the old town. Too many attractions to list within walking distance. Even direct bus line stop to go to the Central Station, and the Airport is just around the corner. If I were to visited Warsaw in the future, I’d stay there again. In fact, initially we booked this place from overseas, then after touring the country, we needed couple extra nights to stay in the city at the end of our trip, we booked this place without hesitation. I’m glad we did. Clean, safe place with everything around. Nothing really comes to mind.

Complementary bottles of water There was no wi-fi coverage in my room at all! The towels were quite washed out.

Nice , clean room. The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance from the Central Train Station. A lot of restaurants close by. A loud conversation from a room next to me woke me up in the middle of the night.

Location is good Receptionist man who works in afternoon shift was super rude. I entered from main entrance for the first time, door was open and he shouted at me to close the door like I left it open. Couldn’t understand why he behaved like this. (Lady in morning was nice though) Also the ceiling lamp in room was not working but I used bed lamp anyhow.
