Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town

Cafateria food was lacking.

Great location. Room was not equipped with everything as advertised.

Location was excellent. It could use some updating and cleaning, especially the curtains in the windows, they were dingy and dirty.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff! Everything I needed for this short stay.

It was clean, abdexcelent location We asked the reception at 5pm wether the Sauna and jacouzi are available and free to book. They advised 8pm was free. So we set all our plan based on that timing and we got back to the hotel. On time and then the reception said sorry it is broken today. Other customers told us the excuse was it was booked at 8pm. It doesn't matter what was the reason, if the name of the hotel is spa hotel it should always work or have some one that can fix it too. Even to respect customer’s time they could have messaged or called or emailed us to let us know in advance so we could rearrange our plan to choose an alternative not going back to the hotel

Small and cozy room, very clean, with everything you need: powerful AC, nice bathroom, excellent bed. The hotel has an amazing location; you walk out the door, and you are in the middle of Warsaw's Old Town, and that is just the perfect place to be when you're visiting Poland for the culture. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was very clean. Our stay was a little short for our liking; therefore, we couldn't enjoy the SPA amenities that the hotel is providing for the guests. Next time! I'm saying this because we will definitely visit the hotel again. Small things: The TV was set up as a TV from a hotel in Istanbul, so any weather or other info was way off :); Also, having the TV working as a Wi-Fi provider (it has its own SSID) is an interesting idea, but comes with some caveats: If you want Wi-Fi, you need to keep the TV on.

Nice staff. Quite good breakfast. We stayed for a week early July. Room was too small for 3 persons. Our windows were on the backyard side, starting from 5:30 a.m. till 7.00 a.m it was very noisy because of garbage-vehicles. Air-conditioning was put up in a very inconvenient place: the air blew out right where the bed stood.

Close proximity to old town square, clean, gorgeous chandeliers… The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough for the heat wave we were in during our stay , not enough comfy seating around the tv

Went to the sauna and there was a male staff cleaning around in lady’s area. Kinda weird feeling even he was friendly tho. Check your breakfast including or no

The only thing which was missing in the services - standard charger for the mobile phone. Yes, It was available at the reception, but I was waiting for the important call late in the evening so I could not charge my phone in the lobby and speak. The guy in the reception told me he is not permitted to give the charger to the room even for half an hour. So It would be great if such important service could be added and benefit overall good impression about the hotel, at least for payment - as I was even ready to pay for its rental in that e xtreme situation.
