Only the staff were nice The location is extremely bad. After arriving in Warsaw from Istanbul, we were so tired that we just wanted a place to rest. We took a taxi to the hotel's location, only to find out that payment was only accepted there. Then we had to walk for 20 minutes with all our luggage. The receptionist gave us a map, but we ended up even more exhausted by the time we got there. My advice is that unless you're in a really desperate situation, it's not worth all this trouble. Also, the hotel didn't have an elevator, and because they gave us a room on the fourth floor, we couldn't carry our 20kg suitcase up. We had to leave it in an empty room downstairs and only take the things we needed from there, which was quite inconvenient.

We booked this hotel quite quickly without much research because we just needed a place to stay after a late flight. Our main criteria were 24-hour check-in, easy access from Warsaw Chopin Airport, breakfast included, and a reasonable price for a private room. The hotel was very easy to reach from the airport even late in the evening using public transport, which was very convenient. After booking we started reading some reviews and got a bit worried, but our experience was completely different. The staff were very kind and helpful, both late at night and in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was warm, and the breakfast was simple but very good – a bit like at home. It was also great that we could leave our bags after check-out and explore the city without luggage. Just note that some rooms may be about 600 m from the reception, depending on the room type, so it’s worth checking when booking.
