The staff were mostly nice. One heated up our food plates for us, and reception was helpful with our questions. Check in was easy too. We arrived late but got clear instructions on how to get in and find our room, which was actually kinda fun. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and we got fresh towels. Location was perfect for us. Also pretty quiet, just some neighbor noise now and then but nothing bad. No mini fridge. 30+ degrees and we couldn't chill our drinks. The room had this old musty smell that wouldn't go away even with windows open. The carpet was gross, black in spots, smelly, even peeling off the walls. They really need to trash it. But the bed was the worst. We just needed a place to crash, but we sank right in and couldn't sleep well at all.

Stay in Warsaw one night to make sure I get to the airport on time the next morning. All I’m looking for is a nice shower and a decent bed. This fits the bill for me.

Decent room. Nice bathroom. Staff was pleasant. Easy walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. A mini fridge would have been nice but I survived.

Very convenient location, room is compact but for one person it is great space. All amenities are in good shape, it is warm and comfy. I stayed on the upper floor, in the attic room, with window is in the ceiling. It was a pleasant, I would stay there again. The location is great, only 3 stops from Warsaw Śródmieście. Staff is attentive and welcoming.

Everything was great, I arrived in Warsaw at 9:20 PM and it was a little late for check-in, but the Administrator sent me a video instruction that clearly explained where to find the key to the room. -

Thank you for making my travel experience in Poland become a memorable one. This Hotel have a nice and accomodating staff specially the receptionist and their chef. I would love to experience it again when i come back in Poland.

The best about this place is staff. Girls on reception were amazing and completely open to help. I never saw so polite and nice staff. Walls are so tiny that we literally wake up every 10 min when someone go down the stairs! There is 0 sound isolation. Beside of that during our stay we have huge noise from room number 3 where some Ukrainian family stay. They probably don’t know how to use door from the room so they every time literally slap the door! Also they make huge noise in evenings in corridor probably due lack of home culture. Noise from room number 3 and lack of sound isolation is main reason for bad review.

Great place to stay overnight. Had all the necessary hotel utilities,. Room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall met all the expectations!
