The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The location was also very good for me and it is fairly easy to get there from the airport.

The breakfast was very nice. A lot of options. The location was also good - not too far from the city center. The staff was very nice - even though they couldn't arrange for an earlier check-in, they agreed to take my suitcase and keep it until check-in time, so I could go sightseeing! I expected more toiletries. The shower gel and shampoo were combined in one which was weird. There was no room in the shower cabin to put the toiletries while taking a shower which was a bit inconvenient.

We had an excellent stay! We had to leave very early in the morning, and the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us - it was ready at the reception at 4:00 a.m. The administrator was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Overall, this is a great and cost-effective place to stay in Warsaw. Highly recommended!
