the area of the hotel and the convenience of it's position to where I had to go; The reception is difficult to find and the layout is a bit poor. Reception was a bit hot and cold with the guy not tooo friendly.

The hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the tram. The room was spacious, well lit and comfortable. We did not hear any noise which is always a plus in hotels. The only problem was that it was not clean. We found an empty water bottle and dirty sock under the bed. There was some old blood in the sheets and they never came to clean our room in the 5 days we were there even though I asked the reception for the room to be cleaned, they only put new towels and took out the garbage, but nothing else.

Easy to get to from the motorway. Modern and clean. Comfortable bed, proper room size. 24h front desk. The front desk person wasn't rude but wasn't hospitable either. Their English was somewhat hard to understand.

Overall, the stay was fine, but the room cleanliness could have been better. Stay was pleasant, location is good. Paid parking is 110 PLN per 2 nights. The cleanliness could have been better.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We also appreciated having a kettle in the room, which allowed us to make instant coffee or tea whenever we wanted. The hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. A special thanks to the reception staff, who were incredibly kind and accommodating. They kindly allowed us an early check-in and looked after our luggage while we waited for our flight, which made our trip much more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. :)

Staff and place and the room is nice. It wasn't very clean, the toilet was smelly, there was hair on random places and the ac didn't work properly. It wasn't heating the room no matter what temperature i put it on, it was only blowing cold air and i didn't sleep all night because it was too cold for me and left as soon as possible.
