Breakfast and shuttle service

Location - very near the airport which helps with early morning flights. Note that you may have to call the shuttle on arrival. We called but then they arrived very promptly. They’re in the departures section on the road nearer Clarion Hotel - sharing because there are no signs to the hotel shuttle. The hotel shuttle is a big win. Cleanliness - unfortunately dropped something. I saw how dirty it was under the bed. That made me suspicious of the whole room.

It was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Communication – Excellent! Emails were answered promptly, and all of our questions were addressed. The staff at the front desk, especially the Ukrainian-speaking gentleman (I'm sorry, I forgot his name), was incredibly helpful, attentive, and polite. We also used the hotel's shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient for our family, especially since we had a lot of luggage. We really appreciated being assigned the accessible room. It was very comfortable and made our stay much easier. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Suggestions for Improvement We really enjoyed our stay, and these are just a few ideas that might make the experience even better for future guests: It would be nice to have decaffeinated coffee and a few sugar-free breakfast options available. Perhaps you could consider offering discounted breakfast rates for children (12 years old) and seniors (75+). Having city maps of Warsaw available at the reception would be very helpful for visitors. A lovely souvenir idea would be to provide a complimentary Warsaw postcard in each room, featuring the airport, your hotel, or other local landmarks. Guests could then write a message and leave it at the reception to be mailed. We think this would be a memorable and unique touch.

I should have asked for a room not along the main highway because the road noise was bothersome.

The property is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free airport shuttle service. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to travel to the city center. The staff were friendly, and the stay was comfortable. The room was dusty and not very clean. The shower was quite small, and there was no refrigerator in the room.

The service, pickup and transfer from and to the airport, restaurant, reception, all was well.

Uncomfortable bed, pillows, and no separate bed sheets just a down comforter. Faucet water was hot to warm, no cold at all. Room warm and a/cold shuts off when leaving room.

Everything perfect

Its true that it looked close to the airport however its not possible to walk from the airpory to this hotel. There is only a limited space to park at their parking spaces.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable. and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport.
