The place is well equipped and maintained, clean and well tied everywhere. The facilities are amazing. Most important - their staff is very kind and ready to help anytime. I used the gym, modern semi automated sauna, pool (warm pool! very rare in hotels) and breakfast. The middle-aged blonde receptionist woman from the night shift was amazing, she took photos of us with the rollup of the book. She will remember us from the photo, say hi!

Cleanliness and the pool & sauna Restaurant could be better, a/c was doing its own thing and sometimes had a very strong odour of chemicals like someone was spraying into the ventilation system, was making us both feel ill and cough a lot, had to turn it off and open windows even though it says not to on the windows.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, and the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. All the necessary amenities are available, and there are good parking facilities. The underground parking can be a little difficult to maneuver in with a passenger van, especially due to the height restrictions, but with a regular car there are absolutely no problems maneuvering. The heated towel rail with a timer only heats intermittently and takes a long time to warm up, which makes it difficult and very time-consuming to dry clothes. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I have experienced the same problem both times. One morning, the water pressure in the shower was very low. On another day, there was no water at all, and when it came back, the hot water disappeared while I was taking a shower.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, Pan Wiktor świetny recepcjonista i bardzo miły, dał nam upgrade pokoju z większą przestrzenią, wszystko było czyste, wygodne i strefa SPA bardzo nam się podobała, masaż był bardzo relaksujący! :) sam hotel jest blisko lotniska, jak i restauracji, więc wszystko było nam po drodze. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno wrócimy ☺️ Zimna woda w basenie

Good location to sleep before flight, sound isolation is amazing, you dont hear anything from outside. Also the airport is like 8-10minutes away Extralarge bed is just normal size bed, small sauna with broken water system (cant add more water)
