    Nothing

Wonderful, modern hotel. The exercise facilities and pool were excellent, and staff were excellent as well. The location does not have much to do nearby; we selected the hotel because it was closer to the airport.

The change room for the gym should be more clean

Price: parking 120 zl per 24 hours, restaurant prices as high as restaurant right near the King castle (120 zl breakfast per person)

The AC in the room didnt cut it. It is controled through the reception, I asked twice to lower it as the room had lots of sun heating it up during the day and the room was ok but not chilly like we needed!

Location, accessibility of gym and indoor swimming pool Public shower area water drain wasn’t working well, water was everywhere to get in and out of shower. Pool was bit darker than other pools. They told me that they are providing two water can every day but they did only first two days. I bought water myself from the grocery store.

We liked everything. It was a top notch hotel. It was a little distance from the city square, but the tram is right next to it and provides easy access. Also, we enjoyed being next to the Lazienki park and palace.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was large, and so was the bathtub. Multiple locks on the door gave us greater privacy and security. Breakfast was delicious and included a large variety of cold and warm foods, as well as many juices and hot drinks selection. Staff were always friendly and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located close to the Royal Baths park, as well as many public transportation nodes (buses and trams), which made it easier to reach destinations far from the hotel. The room had poor noise isolation, and we could hear other guests moving around the adjacent rooms (opening and closing their cabinets and talking for example). First floor rooms weren't initially stocked with bathrobes, however that was mentioned before at the front desk, and was quickly remediated by the cleaning staff on the next day.

This is not my first stay in this hotel, and I hope to return when in Warsaw. Love the location - close to Lazienki park, easy to get around by public transport. Rooms are excellent - spacious and comfortable, bathroom is spacious as well, comfortable beds - everything is great. Really like that the hotel has pool. No complains, everything is great

The carpets should definitely be removed.

The location is good if you like taking public transportation. The hotel, when new, has probably a jewel... After our 5th time at the hotel, we can say it's time for a face-lift and extensive renovation. The Delux rooms are tired and outdated. The breakfast felt uninvited compared to the Intercontinental in the Center or Radisson collection. The spa is aging, and the steam room had not been working for a few weeks. On our last day, the hotel had two events in parallel, which occupied the lobby, leaving us no place to sit ... which means that the event director did not consider their guests, and the income grab was the only thing on their mind. It really felt as if the hotel is on its last leg...

Great location, nice size of the rooms and bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. It was extremely hot in the room and basically nothing to breath, as it is impossible to open a window and the air conditioning was obviously not working properly. I have approached the reception several times on the matter, asking to check the AC, but was only advised that they have lowered the room temperature remotely. However, nothing changed. Very sad.
