There is no air condition, it was bad night theremprature is too. High. I couldn't sleep well. The flies are every where. One bathroom for all ladies. 6 girls in a all room.

Worst hostel ever been,
-
Nothing There is no reception, and they are never answering the Booking chat. In case you have any problems with the reservation, the only communication channel provided is a telephone, but the lady barely speaks English and was unwilling to help. They didn’t help me so I had to find another place and lost my money. If you want a relaxed stay, I’d totally recommend against this hostel, there are plenty of way better options in the area.

the frigging stairs. all 88 of them

Cleanliness and location
-
no where in the description did it tell you that there are 88 stairs to get up to it and no elevator. room was non-refundable. I had luggage and it didn't fit the in the locker

When I called, Reception did not help properly. If you ask a simple question, what is the password, code at the 2nd door. Details of the email do not matter the code. She responds by checking her email and message, so I decided to cancel.

I arrived around 8;30pm and there was no staff on site. Fully remote check in. Everything was fine, but I'm not sure who would have helped me in the event of an issue. I've noticed that more and more hostels offer remote check in and I personally don't care for this trend. Maybe some people like it this way, I don't.

The location That there is no reception.
-
Great location to navigate the old town, new town, central of the city; even the east bank of the river or the royal park are only few bus stops away. There are many museums nearby. The airport bus #175 is also in front of the hostel. The only staff I have encountered is the cleaning lady. She is doing a great job keeping the facility clean and very polite. It’s a self-check in hostel. There is no on-site supervision. Residents must access the hostel with an entrance code. A lady (homeless ?) sneaked into the hostel with residents and sleeping on the break room couch overnight. It caused safety concerns since there is no on-site manager.

Bedrooms were ok Bathrooms were really bad, smelly, no privacy at all
-
Non comfortable beds
-
Very comfortable bed and pillow Good located but very dirty, very noisy and smelly
-
Maybe it's time to refresh the rooms a little, as the walls, doors, etc., show some wear and tear. But the space is clean, which is more important.

Noise
-
Charging plug as they hang the extension and we need to charge everything from it. It should be personal at each bed.

The staff were not the most social or friendly, but still answered my questions. Pillows were not comfortable

Had a really bad experience staying at this hostel. No staff available, no security, everything dirty and kitchen items that where unusable. Also got my shoes stolen...
