4th Floor Bed and Breakfast

Great location, VERY spacious. The bathrooms could've been a smudge cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay at the 4th Floor Bed and Breakfast. Excellent accommodations, great location, and perfect for a short visit to Warsaw. Matlyda was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping us during our stay. Nothing.

- very nice, kind and friendly host; - excellent location, 5m away from most important public transport lines; - clean place; - bathroom renovated not long ago; - good breakfast; - reasonable price compared to other places that don't offer the same value. - fairly old building that could do with a bit of renovation; - there is a slightly unpleasant smell emanating from the old wood, not dirty or unkempt, just due to the age of the building.

A bit difficult to find, but a member of staff was waiting to meet me. The property was a bit dated, but clean and more importantly warm. Breakfast was excellent with a hot buffet, cereals, pastries, Juices and hot drinks. I highly recommend this accommodation. No stand up shower, just a bath with a shower hose.

Also, it was very quiet, we never heard other guests and slept peacefully both nights. The breakfast was tasty, with various cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, bread, and jams, and strong coffee. The host Matylda was friendly and helpful! She is a very lovely person. We highly recommend staying here and will book again next time we visit Warsaw.

Lot of choices!

Beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast, good location. It was a bit cold on the second day, but nothing serious and we had woolsocks with us.

I ordered this place for my parents and I’m very glad I’ve chosen this place. The owner of the place was very nice, she allowed to check in earlier and check out later, also she was very kind and helpful during the stay. So thank you very much ?

Staying in 4th Floor Bed and Breakfast feels like staying with your close family. The host is very kind, friendly and willing to help others find a solution. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a mix of Vintage and modern interior, which made them feel very cozy. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. If we ever visit Warsaw again, 4th Floor B&B will be our number one choice to book again. The lift is a bit scary to use, especially if you are claustrophobic. The ventilation in the bathroom was lacking. All of this comes from the age of the house, which was built more than a century ago.

Great breakfast and location. The elevator's door got stuck a few times, old building and slow internet.

Great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Spacious and stylish accommodation. Nice to chat to the owner and other guests over breakfast. Maybe a bigger TV and Netflix? Maybe a shower screen/curtain?

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our cozy and clean room in Warsaw was perfect, located near the charming Old City with plenty of restaurants catering to all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight, not just for the delicious food prepared by the friendly host, but also for the great conversations with both the host and our fellow guests. Highly recommended!

Best stay ever, a place with a character and cozy atmosphere, feels like you are visiting relatives (that you actually like). Recommending the bar and restaurant in the courtyard. Nice breakfast with a chance to get to know other guests, and of course - super host Matylda who loves her job, greetings and we will be back!
