Aparthotel Nowy Świat 28

The last two days were tolerable as it was much cooler. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, so that is a plus. The kitchenette worked pretty well. I can’t say that the photos of the property matched the place.

At 9:00 am of my checkout day I was woken up by two guys who sneaked into the building who demanded me to leave the apartment immediately arguing that they have just made the reservation and paid for it. The situation was super uncomfortable and unsafe

The apartment was relatively clean, but staff could pay more attention to the state of the walls and floor... Floor is old, and every single step creates enormous noise. Downstairs there are many night pubs, so if you want to sleep quietly on Friday or Saturday, this is not the case, it's better for you to join their party which lasts till early morning

Location is awful! It's right in the yard of multiple pub area. Windows facing to it. It says a lot about noise at night, when host provides earplugs. Room has no AC, nor cooling fan, yet keeping open windows at night is not an option in such area and being on ground floor. Bathroom has no ventilation - black mold on the tiles and ceiling.

If you’re a younger traveler looking to enjoy Warsaw’s vibrant nightlife, Nowy Swiat 28 is an excellent choice. It’s right in the heart of a busy, lively area filled with bars, restaurants, and a great atmosphere — we loved being so close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with a private bathroom stocked with toiletries, which was a nice bonus. The check-in instructions were very straightforward, making everything smooth and hassle-free. We also appreciated the free WiFi, which worked well throughout our stay. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals, and the overall setup made for a very convenient and enjoyable visit. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the action! none

The old TV

There is construction work just outside of the apartment. They start work very early in the morning so it may be annoying if you like to sleep longer. But the owner sent a message before we arrived so we knew about it

Really loud outside

Great location, nice decoration, spacious and really comfortable bed! Walking dostanie to bars and restaurants. Apartment has really thin walls, what result in neighbours knocking to our doors and shouting at as becouse tv in the apartment was too loud.

Do not book this apartment, and here is why: 1. There were holes in the blanket. 2. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which means your windows face the street directly. 3. The smell in the hallway was awful. 4. There was no hot water in the shower. 5. The apartment was cold. 6. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep. 7. The photos do not match reality — they are outdated or heavily edited. 8. Communication with the host was slow and unhelpful. 10. There was visible mold in the bathroom. 11. The lock on the door didn’t feel secure at all. I am currently contacting customer support to request a refund. After seeing an entrance upstairs to the apartment 20.6, I have decided not to sleep in the Aparthotel. Even though i already slept once and i had very good experience, entrance to the apartment 20.6 was on site and through creepy staircsse. Considering i had to wake up in the night for my early flight, i was too afraid waking there in the night and decided to rent different hotel Entrance, staircase, coridor

Fabulous property in a prime location, very comfortable bed and room facilities. The tv was great, perfect size for the room. Clean and neat, a perfect spot to stay in while exploring the city. There were a couple of things missing from the kitchen, like wine glasses or a bottle opener. Also the placement of the bed (in the middle of the room) wasn't very steady at night.
