Hotel Aramis

The personal was rude. They mixed my order with smb else abd forced me to go to the reception at the middle if my sleep unstead of checking everything on themselves. So i had to cancel my presence there and returned money back

Exceptional

Breakfast (which is served in the hotel next door but included in the room if you stay at aramis) was great. Location was convenient with good public transport. Cheap. Good heating in room. Shower worked. Towels and bedding changed every day. Power sockets next to bed convenient. Great WiFi. Nearby convenience store. Room was very basic and not very comfortable, the carpet was stained and felt unclean. No kettle for tea/coffee. Not secure- anyone can access the elevator. Thin walls so can hear neighbours. There was one vending machine to get some snacks but it was fairly empty and only took coins. Location slightly confusing for bolt /uber/ food delivery drivers due to construction work blocking some access.

Not enough towels and missing shower floor rug.

Decent service. Clean cozy rooms and tasty breakfasts.

The price. I knew I couldn't expect much, but it was far worse than anticipated. The water temperature isn't constant in the shower. Some it is too hot, and 1 min later too cold. The available tower was less than 50 cm long and all torn. The bed linen was torn. Not friendly staff.

Exceptional

When we arrived at the hotel, they started to make payment authorizations without our consent in our debit card. We complained twice while we were staying at the hotel, and they promised to solve the issue in a maximum of 2 days (they said Monday 5th of August).... Monday came and still got no answer from the hotel... I had to call Booking Costumer Service to force them to say something... And they did the next day, asking for all the bank information which we provided. We are still waiting for they response on GIVING OUR MONEY BACK.

Enough space in the room, not too hot or cold, clean bathroom, TV, OK breakfast, but was offered next door Quite a lot of noise, not the most supportive bed and pillow like a newspaper, quite an old building, no water kettle in the room, but was given to us when we asked for it, nobody told us that the breakfast was next door nor gave us any other information, i.e at what time what breakfast served, and parking cost 80 zl, which was a bit much

It’s easily accessible and good value for money The construction was so noisy even on Saturday it was so noisy in the morning waking us up early

Location is pretty good, easy to get the city center and airport. Nice wardrobe. Old, dirty, small rooms. Felt like we were staying at the old dorm. No outlets by the bed, poor ventilation. Tiny towels, no hair dryer so impossible to wash long hair. Bedsheets with holes. Maybe they have better rooms and we just got unlucky.

Breakfast was good Personal was nice Great accomodation for its price Beds quite ok for 3 nights On the walls and bedsheets was some spots which seems dirty but it smell good like it was washed, so I guess it was ok , but when it would be really clean without spots it would look better and it wood be more professional.
